Whataburger

I had an issue where they didn’t have the ingredients to make the burger I ordered. Regan and the manager on duty, Rece, were great. They quickly found an alternative and I enjoyed our food. They did a great job with the renovation, super clean place.

Great place to eat! Pretty expensive but it's good and fulfilling!
Update: Make sure you always check your order! A young man who works there dropped my lid, picked it up, and proceeded to place it on my drink. I told him I didn't want it because it was now unsanitary! He got angry, steeled around the corner, and made me another drink. Of course, I didn't want that one either, due to him having an attitude. I've attached a picture of what my completed order looked like, and the guy that did it! Horrible and incorrect! I had to go in and get it remade!

I tried very hard to leave a survey but it wasn’t working on the survey website. But I have to brag!! Drive thru experts at its finest! Pricilla who took my order was amazing && the guy at the window made my day((: excellent team! I’m sure this was night crew(: starting the shift with great vibes! 7/14/24 11pm hoping they get the recognition they deserve!!

This whataburger was great. We had 15 in our group and we were traveling. We stopped for some good food with a limited amount of time. The crew sprang into action with great service. The manager Kim was so kind and friendly. She even brought out stickers for the little ones. Thank you so much for a great experience. Recommend.

I always get the exact same thing from most restaurants and that’s so I’m never disappointed in what I get and I know what to expect. I’ve never eaten at this location, but even with the line being pretty long, the service was fast, the young lady taking my order said my name was pretty, and the food came out fast. Did I forget to mention the food was great and I got my extra salt on my fires just like I asked.

Hands down one of the best Whataburger's I've visited. Wow, the staff! What a great bunch of hard-working and super friendly people. They were busy and in the weeds, but the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone had a big smile on their faces, and they were just a delightful, fun bunch, working hard and getting things done.

It's Whataburger, so one knows the food delivery is not exceptionally quick, but the quality of all they offer is great. They got everything about our order perfect, it was served piping hot, and the crunchy onion rings were the best. Love those rings! Our burgers were prepared to perfection and oh so tasty and juicy. I had the sweet & spicy burger combo and it was scrumptious.

The establishment is SUPER clean, and it has such a welcoming atmosphere. It makes it for such a pleasant dining experience.

If you are Jonesing for Whataburger, I highly, highly recommend a visit to this location. Great staff, super clean establishment, and delicious food. Just a spectacular Whataburger!

This one is great. The Mgr is awesome. Waits on you to help get the orders out. Very pleasant staff.

I came in to get a free patty melt from my Whataburger app. It was wrong up wrong and was charged for a whole meal. The manager was amazing! If I ever come back this way I'll definitely come back.

I had a curbside order and the lady Chloe who brought out my order was a 10/10 honestly best service I’ve gotten from this whataburger in a long time

I'm so HAPPY this location is back!! The atmosphere in here is the best side of Family no matter what time you shuffle inside. Whether its eating personally or as a dasher. They work together. This place is clean and organized! I wish all the delivery apps defaulted to this location.

Food is hot and delicious. Gets my order right. Speed is good too.

Stopped by on my trip to DFW from SATX. By far one of the cleanest and nicest Whataburger I’ve ever been to. Very friendly and personable staff. Both meals were made correctly and even looked like the commercials. Thanks y’all!

My husband and I traveled to Texas for the 1st time and were told that we absolutely had to try whataBurger. I can say that we definitely were not disappointed. This was one of the best Burgers we have ever had, and it was huge! The next time we travel to Texas we will definitely be back at whataBurger

Good food great service. I say good food due to the fact that I do not eat a lot of fast food, but when I do...it's Whataburger.

Very fast service inside. Foot tasted great and I was able to park my UHaul in the back parking lot. 10/10

For fast food, the meal was good, staff was great. If I had to nitpick the fries were not perfect, but I share with my dog and she loves them!

Ive honestly been to this location a few times and was very disappointed. I have to say within the last month, service has been wayyy better especially with the lines at night. Id like to commend the team lead that was there overnight at the drive-thru. (White, male, skinny build, early 20s, curly hair i think) Dude was well-spoken and quick and its management like him that make customers happier and workers happy to work. I hope he gets another promotion.
