Well laid out store with a helpful staff. I was DJ&MC for a wedding at a nearby venue here and came in late at night (it's open 24 hours) to pick up a few things. That night, Frank was working and was sooo helpful in personally showing me where the items I needed could be found. Never experienced such helpful, "neighborhood pharmacy" type assistance. Thank you Frank for being so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this Walgreens!

Huge huge Walgreens. Has absolutely everything. And has to have probably the best pharmacy I have had in a Walgreens in 30 years. They were able to straighten out my strange medication request my home pharmacy couldn’t do it. This is a well used community drugstore. Amazing staff. Plenty of parking. Parking is in the front and the back and the side. And there’s parking at Home Depot next-door. It be a little tight for any travel trailer/RVs.

Wanted to share praise for an employee this evening, I hope I don’t butcher her name, I believe it was Fresnalina. I was frustrated with FedEx’s lack of customer service and resolution of delivery issues with their FedEx On Site. She was calm, understood my frustration and as much as I expressed my hopes that she wouldn’t take it personally, she continued to hear me out and did I believe the beat she could with her resources. I know customer service agents, especially through other parties, can’t solve everyone’s problems but she was completely amicable and a delight. Thanks again.

Excellent experience! Just ran in to grab a bag of ice, on vacation. A customer in front of me had an issue with a sale item and management handled it very well. Nice to have a store with employees that care. I'll be back soon, one way this time.

And will like to say that Senat is the right candidate for manager in this Key West Walgreens, he always attend with a smile with a helpful manner and never been disrespectful
Right now Walgreens has a great opportunity to have maybe the best manager of Walgreens ever
Sometimes he need help from an other coworker because he is lacking like a Walgreens I’d scan
And I was like why why? He supposed to be a manager to have no limit to attend every Walgreens customer
In the Future I see Senat as the Walgreens manager

I needed a Canadian passport photo and I saw online that some Walgreen’s locations can do photos for different countries. I went in to the Roosevelt Blvd location and asked for help and the young man I spoke to initially wasn’t sure, but went to find the manager who knew EXACTLY what needed to happen. The whole process was efficient and accurate and I came away with just what I needed. I am very appreciate of the time spent to make sure it was done correctly.

My daughter had gotten a prescription from the local ER and we brought it to your pharmacy. The ER was an unpleasant experience. To only continue that feeling, when we got to the pharmacy, they let us know the prescription was way too high of a dose for a 9 month old to take and corrected it. I cannot thank you enough to the man who caught that before filling it! Could have been much worse! Thank you for having a pharmacist who pays attention and cares!!!

I did business here alot... quite often wiring or recieving money via Western Union. The staff were always polite and helpful.
