Perfect honeymoon dinner! We enjoyed fried oysters, lobster bisque, baked lasagna, and chicken parmesan. The bisque was amazing!

Definitely one of the top restaurants in town. White table cloth service, food, and cocktails. Very polished experience.

Kitchen dished out beautifully plated and delicious dishes as well. Whole party was extremely pleased.

Definitely the nicest restaurant in downtown Frankfort, but I wouldn’t say there is exactly a wide margin of comparisons to make (smaller kinda town with not a lot goin on).

Upscale establishment, good laid back atmosphere (drice or comfortable, whatever your vibe) with a somewhat smaller menu selection. Just don’t come dressed to judge others. Great cocktail bar and bartender, good freshly roasted espresso, and delicious plates. Highly recommend pastas or the scallops, some of the best scallops I’ve had and plates well. Reasonably priced for quality of food and service.
This is definitely a must stop if you enjoy good food on your trek of bourbon country in Kentucky. Bar has largest selection of bourbon I’ve ever seen, including rare bottles of pappys and more.

Carlos and his staff could not be better! It is always the go to place to bring family, friends, and visitors for true southern hospitality and great food. Visit the bar area to socialize or enjoy a wonderful sit down meal. It is always a wonderful experience. Stop in and see for yourself. Reservations suggested.

Carlos continues to knock it out with one of the best back bars downtown. Many unicorn bourbons available - for a price. But that applies to all the bourbon bars in the area. Venture away from the usual suspects and they offer many options worth exploring.

Beautiful place, has some live very good and pleasant music, the signature pasta was amazing very unique flavor, but amazing to say the least. Very well dressed and professional staff.

We stopped to get food after bourbon on the banks and it was SO good. My best friend and I had appetizers, and delicious entrees. They allowed my certified service dog in and we literally had a fabulous time. The food and service was SO good. We will be back next year.

Ate here for the first time last night, sat at the bar and had amazing service! The bruschetta is the best I’ve ever had. All of the food was so delicious and came out quickly with no problems! Can’t recommend this spot enough!

We have visited Serafini 3 times over the past few months. Each time has had wonderful food and service. I enjoy the lasagna, my husband likes the capital burger and the salmon. Located in downtown Frankfort, Serafini has much to offer with drink selection, food quality, and ambience. We enjoy the aesthetic and the vintage feel of this little restaurant.

Fabulous NYE dinner! The daily rosotto had a rack of lamb on top which was cooked perfectly. We also had calamari & Caesar salad, both were delicious. Wine selection was wonderful and the bartender made an excellent espresso martini. Even as first time diners from out-of-town carlos made us feel right at home :) thank you all!

Forgot to take a photo of the presentation because it was THAT good! Delicious Cajun Shrimp Scampi! Very flavorful, mildly spicy for Cajun, which is just how I like it. A little kick but nothing overwhelming. Cool location over looking the old Capitol in Kentucky. It could use a little updating with their cloth booths, but overlooking that aspect - the food is very tasty! I’d definitely come back if the rest of the menu is as tasty as this entree!

What an amazing dining experience!
The food was absolutely delicious and the manager was highly courteous. I ordered the salmon. I cleaned the plate with no evidence there was ever food on it 🫡. And then for dessert I had the lemon blueberry cake. It was Devine. I’m so glad I stopped to eat at this beautiful restaurant.

I had the iceberg salad with grilled chicken, I requested romaine lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce. It was very good. Great wine selection.
I sat at a table in the bar area, very welcoming atmosphere.

Cool little place. Had delicious food and decently priced. Much less expensive than Rodney's in Georgetown and food was considerably better than my last experience there. They had the perfect jazz band playing while we were there. I don't even like jazz and I enjoyed it.

Excellent food and service! Fried Oysters succulent, Shrimp and Grits different from what this Southern Girl is used to but EXCELLENT none the less! Husband had lasagna and took half of our meals home! Finished the dinner with Buffalo Trace and Blantons neat! Owner came to our table, as well as the Bartender, to thank us for coming in! Jared, our server was SO NICE!!

Serafini’s has a relaxing ambiance. The drinks are very enjoyable and the food is flavorful! I enjoy having this restaurant so close to home!

Arrived right around 5:00 pm and there wasn't much going on. We sat at the bar which was pretty well stocked with a nice variety of Bourbon.

We sat at the bar (our go to spot at most establishments) and started with a Bourbon (big surprise there) and the Calamari appetizer which came out tender with a light crispy coating.

For our main course we shared a delicious cheese Risotto with Corvina. Maybe the best Risotto we've had to date. All in all delicious.

I had lunch outside today to enjoy the beautiful weather. Taylor was a great server. Had a delicious hot brown and mimosa! They gave me a complimentary piece of chocolate cake, a nice surprise for my birthday. I highly recommend it!
