while responding to our facility on 02/10/2019 and talking with one of the paramedics/emts i made a comment about the patients favorite thing in the world, a small raggady ann doll which they referred to as "bebe", after transferring the patient to the stretcher and starting to leave for the hospital , the gentelman i had been speaking with turned around and asked for "bebe", saying "just in case the patient wakes up and asks for it", he then placed it in the patients chest,,,,,,,in nearly 25 years in nursing i have never witnessed such concern and thoughtfulness from an emergency response team as i did this morning from this responder for something most would not have given a second thought. i dont know your name but will never forget the compassion you showed, thank you,well done sir!

Good luck. The ems responders didn't render any aid other than a ride to the Frankfort regional medical center, even said I didn't need to go. Said my lacerations were minor.
Which then their ER doctor misdiagnosed my laceration. Said it was superficial..., turned out I cut a tendon and had to have surgery two weeks later when my finger still did not bend properly. SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT ELSEWHERE!!!
I might have well taken a taxi ride to Lexington for thirty dollars and gotten proper medical treatment, than the $1300 ems ride for 7 miles, and the $4400 + cost of a misdiagnosis at the Frankfort regional medical center.

Thanks to the awesome treatment at the Lexington clinic two weeks later, I had surgery on my hand and hopefully will regain full use of my finger.

No thanks to Frankfort.

For over a week now they have been following me and even went as fare as picking up someone at the shelter I was staying to tell me I would die from Congested Heart Failure.
