We enjoy going here a few times a month, if we get lucky enough! The food is decent and the service is awesome! It's not a huge Buffett, but it's enough for my family! 😊

Went in for the lunch buffet and there were tons of options and the food was delicious. I see some reviews said there wasn't much food and it was dry or cold but this was not our experience. We also went when the buffet opened vs when it's scheduled / near time to close. Waitress was kind and attentive. Will definitely go back.

This place is a diamond in the rough. I know the outside doesn't
look great but you will be pleasantly surprised! New visitors and this place is so so great! Have had the buffet twice now. Delicious food, clean tables, buffet area and bathroom. The women that I have interacted with have been pleasant and answered any questions we had. Definitely go and enjoy the food! Buffet starts W-M at 1130.

Love this place! Customer service is awesome and the food is always delicious! Highly recommend, especially for families.

What is up with all of the anger about the sign? Apparently people cannot read? The sign says excessive amounts of food. The word excessive is underlined and bold. I believe; anyone who has a problem with this sign and wasting food does not respect the local farmers that have grown the food. The cooks that are preparing the food. It might be hard to believe or even remember; back in the day you are not allowed to waste food. We did not have the food to waste. You could take whatever you wanted but you had to eat what you took. It's the same concept, take what you want but eat the food. So why is it completely acceptable today to be so wasteful? Especially food?

Love this place! The staff is great and so is the food. The lunch buffet is very tasty. They refill it often with small, freshly cooked portions, so it doesn't get soggy. The owner seems to take a lot of pride in providing hot, fresh food.

Had a really great time. Excellent food, nice staff, all great. There was just this odd customer that was in there tonight who kept rambling on about gaming and memes. I saw the staff kindly asked him to quiet down but he got very aggressive and said "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM, I'M A COP!" He then looked at his phone and laughed at a meme (think it was iFunny) he then walked into the bathroom with his handsome biracial baby and walked out with a toilet paper roll stuffed in his shirt trying to steal them. As soon as he exited the restaurant he removed the rolls and started teepeeing the restaurant.

Good Chinese food. Ordered takeout and it was very good and generous portions. Ordered beef and broccoli, orange chicken and crab Rangoon. Best Chinese in Ottawa

In several months of doing pickup orders I have never had a wrong or messed up order. Food is always hot and well prepared. The cook is always willing to do something special and also let's you know if a selection may be slightly altered do to a shortage of an ingredient. Always prompt courteous and gracious service.

Ordered delivery a few times and gave them the benefit of the doubt because the first order was great! I ordered a couple dishes multiple times and they have been different every single time. No consistency and always missing something. Always different ingredients or a missing order. Why pay extra for something specific when I don't get what I paid for? They're not cheap.

They have DRASTICALLY improved since this original post. My last 2 orders were of that first orders quality. I don't know what they changed but keep it up!!

Checked into our hotel just after 8pm and called just before 8:20 in the hopes we could still get delivery. The person who took our order was gracious & assured me we could still get delivery but it would be an hour. It was worth the wait! Our food arrived hot and was delicious! Highly recommend!!!!

Very kind employees and the food was wonderful. The hunan was meiguo spicy so next time I will ask for zhongguo spicy 😉 xiexie

Small and dated but delicious chinese western cuisine.

Stopped by on a Thursday night around 7:30, with two kids in tow. The waitress was very pleasant and fast. The food was hot fresh and delicious. The kiddos munched on the lo mein. And I had a really good salad with wonderful tomatoes and the cucumber salad. Followed by the spicy chicken and the walnut chicken which are Sublime. Would highly recommend this place.

We moved here a few months ago from the Paola area. Have really been missing Chen's Buffet there. Finally decided to give China Palace a try. We were very pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and Lo Mein and Shrimp dinners. Both were really good. Can't say we won't visit Chen's once in awhile however now we have an equally good choice close by!

Called in for pick up at drive through and she said it would only take 10 minutes. Food was ready when we got there and it was fresh and really good.

Pros - This is the only place my family and I go to for Chinese food. The staff is friendly and quick to refill drinks. They're always super nice to my kiddos, giving them suckers and asking them about their toys they bring in. There's a variety of food and the prices are great. They also have coupons that people rarely see but I use that are on the back of their take out menus. Plus the location is super close so we typically walk to it.

We stop to eat on way to Kansas City. The food was really good, the staff was really friendly and the place was clean. Great place to eat.

The food was prepared fresh and it was delicious. Definitely will be coming back .
