I'm sure that its a great bank (I don't bank with bank of the west), but be warned that the ATM will eat your card if you don't pull it out quick enough... aso I would like my card back please...

I have had my account through Bank of the West since 2007. I do MOST of my banking online. There are very few branch locations in my area and Lawrence, KS branch closed a few years ago.

The staff and banker internally are good people. Very friendly and professional. Although if you are looking for old fashioned banking, keep looking. Corporate could care less about you or your needs. Shop around before choosing this bank. I’m giving 3 stars because of the staff at this branch, otherwise my review would be 1 star. I’ve banked here for 8+ years.

They are slow to respond to an issue that you are having. Would not recommend this bank to no one.

Closes way to early. They keep rolling the hours back and it just hurts the working guys.
