The Perry Hotel & Marina Key West

During our trip to Key West, we stayed at four different hotels and resorts, and The Perry Hotel was hands down the best of the bunch. The staff's attitude and attentiveness really stood out—it's clear that the management invests in great training and development for their team. The hotel itself felt brand new or recently renovated, and our room was spotless with a stylish industrial vibe. Breakfast and cocktails were consistently fantastic. Honestly, the next time we come back to Key West, it'll be just to stay at The Perry Hotel.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our anniversary weekend and it did not disappoint. I upgraded us to a suite and we absolutely loved the balcony that it came with, we spent a good amount of time out there! We also brought our dog with us and he loved the balcony too! The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. Our dog had some trip anxiety and wouldn’t eat his kibble and the restaurant was so kind to make him some grilled chicken at 8 am. We will absolutely be staying here again when we take another trip to the keys!

My husband and I had a wonderful first anniversary trip to this hotel! We loved that it was tucked away in a more private location but still had a shuttle to take us downtown.

The property itself is beautiful with 2 pools, gorgeous views of the marina, several restaurant options and stunning views. The rooms were ample sized and I loved the balcony for watching the sunset or just relaxing.

All the staff was very friendly. We had a great time chatting with Tee at Matt’s Stock Island Bar. He was very friendly and personable. He gave us a whole list of activities and restaurant suggestions on the island. We also enjoyed Sydney at the Salty Oyster Bar, she walked around the pool regularly offering food and drinks, she was kind and quick.

We enjoyed the ice cream and taco restaurant that were located within walking distance as well.

Overall this hotel was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Perry Hotel in Key West, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning waterfront views and a chic, nautical design that perfectly captures the spirit of Key West. The amenities were top-notch, including the well-maintained pool area, the fitness center, and the fantastic on-site dining options.

However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service we received from the staff, especially Jay, our check-in agent. From the moment we arrived, Jay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm, friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and she provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our time in Key West.

Jay's attention to detail was impeccable. She made sure our room was exactly what we needed and even offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. Her personal touch and genuine care for our experience were evident throughout our stay. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and personable service, and Jay truly made our visit to The Perry Hotel memorable.

Overall, The Perry Hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing stay with fantastic amenities and a prime location. But it's the exceptional staff, particularly Jay, that sets it apart and ensures you'll have a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Off the beaten path, but that makes it a gem. Nice, quiet and relaxing. Very spacious room with good amenities. We had a room overlooking the marina and pool area. The way the balconies are situated, there's not much air movement in the heat of the day, but the view is decent. No nasty old carpets in the room, everything is tile which makes it all clean and easy maintenance. A small safe is located in the room as well, so it's comforting to know you can leave things locked in your room. Plenty of parking is available. Id absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The Grand Suite room was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the patio watching the boats. The options for food and drink were wonderful. I had no issue scheduling an in room massage which was wonderful! The front desk staff may have been some of the best I've ever had interaction with! Honestly, all the staff were top notch outside of one, negative interaction with the bartender working at the lobby bar our first night. He really was pretty miserable and we chalked it up to maybe he was just having a bad day. The rest of our experience at the hotel was fantastic and easily made up for that interaction. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with great amenities that's close enough to Key West but still allows for some R&R.

This place is fantastic. A perfect combination of elegant and down to earth. The people are SO friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a surprise bday party for my husband. The food is fantastic - see my other reviews I’m doing. The hotel itself has clean rooms, great service, lovely pool that is clean and not too crowded. It’s 15 minutes to the heart of Duval Street so you can come back here and really unplug. Loved it and will be back. Stay in this hotel or search AirBnB to stay on a boat in the marina which we did.

About the marina - boy is it clean. The facilities here for boaters are excellent. Laundry is clean, bathrooms spotless, friendly staff at the store. Papa’s Scooters will deliver a golf cart to you here to toddle around.

All around fantastic experience.

Five stars because the restaurant had fantastic food! We had breakfast and dinner there, and it was delicious, and I could’ve eaten every meal here. Compliments to the chef! (We also enjoyed the hotel. Staff were nice and rooms were good.)

Key West Hotel Oasis: Relaxation and Fun Await

We recently stayed at this gorgeous hotel decorated in a stunning industrial coastal style. It was impeccably clean and had a fantastic vibe. Initially, we rented an Airbnb on the water, but it turned out this hotel offered access to all the same resort amenities. My friend even ditched staying on the boat to stay at the beautiful hotel– that's how amazing it was!

Here's what made our stay incredible:

Effortless Exploring: The hotel provided a free shuttle to downtown Key West every hour, making it easy to get around.

Top-Notch Staff: The staff, especially Emily, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The concierge even booked our Hop-on Hop-off tour – we highly recommend using their booking services. They could have even arranged a sunset cruise with Danger Cruises, which picks up guests right from the hotel!

Luxurious Amenities: The hotel boasted a luxurious mineral pool that left our skin feeling amazing. Plus, there was live music at the bar, and they even served delicious conch fritters!

Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring yummy avocado toast, among other options.

Honestly, we can't recommend this hotel enough. It provided the perfect blend of relaxation, fun activities, and delicious food.

The restaurants at the hotel are delicious, location is right by the marina and they have 2 dog parks available for the ones that want to bring their furry friends. We are looking forward to come back!

Beautiful property connected to a marina. 2 pools, 3 restaurants and bars, excursions that can be planned from the resort. Rooms were clean, updated only downfall was my view out of the balcony was obstructed by a tree. Only other downfall was the front doors to the lobby should really be automatic to be able to bring your luggage in and you do not want to do it from parking as it is a bit of a distance. Overall, everything was great! I felt safe there traveling as a single woman with a child. Is about 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street.

We spent this past weekend at The Perry Hotel to celebrate my in law's 40th Wedding anniversary. The service was spectacular! We loved Nickola as he was our server during brunch. He was very attentive and respectful! We also loved Tee who made sure we never went thirsty ! It was refreshing to sit at the bar and enjoy a keylime martini and a conversation. The room was gorgeous with a view of the pool and Marina! This was my first time and I was 100% impressed with the service and cleanliness of the resort. I'd recommend 10/10, for sure! Thank you for making our weekend special!

We loved our stay at The Perry! Some names to shoutout are Tee, Lance, Kimberly, Jayson and Nathan. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy Key West, without the hustle and bustle of Duval street. The shuttle is a great addition to the perry and make sure to have dinner at Matt's. It's expensive, but for a good reason. Top quality!

Our family of four stayed here in April 2024. I was at first a little nervous about the hotel’s distance from downtown Key West, but the free shuttle made it painless. We also had a car rental and parking was pretty easy to find.

Our kids loved the hotel. The pool was perfectly maintained and heated. Our room was on the first floor and the balcony stepped right to the pool. Safety gates ensured our three year old could not enter the pool area.

We also liked the roosters and chickens just hanging around.

Rooms were well sized and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Key West

After my experience, I had to leave a review. During my initial reservation, I spoke with Drew, who is an absolutely amazing gentleman. His charisma and customer service were extremely delightful. He helped me book a reservation for my mother, who was attending a wedding in Key West. Prior to the scheduled reservation date, I needed to alter my reservation. When I called, I reached Peter, who was extremely empathic, professional, and also an overall wonderful and caring individual. He pulled up my reservation, handled the alteration, and called me back within minutes to confirm the change. I am so impressed with the staff at this hotel. It is rare to come across such wonderful people working for the same company. I just had to leave a review to explain my experience. I do not think five stars is enough.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!
Usually when I stay at a hotel, there’s a thing or two here and there that I quietly complain about in my own head….
But The Perry Hotel was first hotel experience I’ve had where I had ZERO complaints!
The customer service is impeccable!!! From the front desk employees to the pool service and bartenders…. Simply AMAZING!
Not to mention, the shuttle service they provide every hour to and from downtown is super convenient!
And I can’t forget to mention the hotel restaurant (Matt’s)….. the food is sensational!!!

An absolute must stay!!! The entire hotel is just perfection! The staff was phenomenal! Johnny is the best concierge ever! Full of knowledge. The bars and restaurants on site did not disappoint and we thoroughly enjoyed the golfcart we reserved for the weekend. I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip!

We have traveled quite a bit and stayed in lots of places. THIS is my absolute favorite place to visit. There's Matt's Stock Island Kitchen (and bar) steps from the pool(open breakfast and dinner-good eats) and the other end of the pool is the Salty Oyster (open lunch and dinner) which provides poolside service. We enjoy the key lime coladas.
The pool attendant can help you find the perfect spot whether you want full sun or some shade. The pool area is beautifully landscaped, which, for me, adds to my delight. This is considered Key West, so it would not be complete without the roosters.
We sleep very well here. The bed is soooo comfortable! And somehow, despite this being a busy marina, it's quiet. (Also very clean!)
Usually, we take a walk after breakfast and dinner. There are some shops (coffee shop, ice cream, convenience store) or you can walk out by the boats..you never know what you might see!
The concierge has a wealth of knowledge so that you can find whatever activity or restaurant you might want. Because of health issues, jet ski tours are too rough, he suggested a private tour which worked out very well!
We actually extended our stay(again) this trip because we weren't ready to go home. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
The Perry has a bus shuttle that runs all day, on the hour, to Front St area of Key West, and returns on the half hour, all the way til 10 pm, which is very convenient since parking can be tricky.
I am already looking forward to my next visit to the Perry!
FYI: like ALL places in Key West, there are parking and resort fees, but they are in line with everywhere else.

this hotel is great. Awesome services and overall vibe. food and drink are above hotel average. The marina is fun. It's on Stock Island vs Key West proper. Hourly shuttle to downtown. Rooms are kind of noisy. You hear water running in other rooms, lots of roosters and very squeaky beds. But overall very pleased.
