We have dogs in our home that love to sit on our couch and we knew we needed a deep clean.Bell County Flooring came and explained all the chemical process and what needed to be done. After water came into our home after a recent storm, it was necessary for us to get new flooring. We thought we would go to the Parade of Homes and get ideas on what we wanted. Products from Bell County Flooring were in several of the houses so we thought we would give them a try. I am go glad we did! We were so fortunate to have Joely walk us through the process and show us so many samples (I had no idea they had such a large inventory). She showed up onsite to our home before, during and after the install. Henry and Sammy installed vinyl plank flooring on the entirety of our bottom floor and they did a phenomenal job in only 2 days! Keep your money in Bell County and go local by shopping at Bell County Flooring. You will be so glad you did!

Bell County Flooring is a wonderful company! The associates were helpful and friendly; and the choice selection is amazing… Hugo is knowledgeable and understanding. We had our entire home flooring redone (minus bathrooms). We were able to pick out what we wanted in the first trip, and have the installation set for only a week later! The install techs were very polite and pretty funny. Lyn and his crew are good at what they do and super gracious. BCF was even able to help us out with AC & dryer vent cleaning! We will definitely be going back when its time to do our bathrooms top to bottom!

We got in touch with Bell County Flooring to see if they cleaned air vents, they told me yes and asked for the amount of vents we had in our house and let us know the price which were reasonable, and they came the next morning to clean them. The young guy did a very great job. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He also cleaned up after himself. I would reccomend Bell County Flooring to anyone that wants thier floors,carpets and furniture done. They also lay carpet and flooring. We were very satisfied. Thank you Bell County Flooring.

Hands down the best go to place for all your flooring needs! I have dogs in the house and they do a great job getting my sofa and carpets cleaned. They also did a great job installing new carpet in my hallway. Great people! You gotta go check them out!

Mason and his team gave us a fantastic new vinyl floor in our entry, living room, dining room and kitchen. He walked us through picking out materials and made sure it was installed right. There was a problem with the color, but he made sure it was fixed in a prompt and professional manner. I would definitely use this company again. Reasonable price, quality work, and timely install.
