Loved finding this hidden gem nearby. They have a new menu and from the fried pickles to the dual pepperoni pizza or buffalo wrap, it was delicious. Our server, Kennedy, was fantastic! I tried a couple of their cocktails, which were absolutely yummy. Wish I had gotten pictures before it was all gone.

The food was great, the place is beautiful and really enjoyable. Kennedy recommended me some entrees and appetizers and made my dinner pretty awesome. Their old fashioned’s are some of the best out there, must try it.

As soon as we walked in, you could feel the laid-back atmosphere. Music and TV's were going, but not so loud and overbearing you couldn't hear yourself think. We were seated in one of the side rooms. Tables were far enough apart you didn't feel you were sitting on top of each other, and you could have a conversation without yelling at each other. Wait staff was attentive but not overbearing. Drinks were good and, if you come for happy hour Mon-Fri 3 to 7 they have several tasty drinks and appetizers for a great price. We tried the Sheet Tray Nachos and Henhouse tacos. Both portions are enough to share and not feel like you over ate. It was a fantastic first visit, and we will be back!

I visited the Goat at the suggestion of a friend while in the Murfreesboro area. The restaurant is very open and has an inviting atmosphere. We were seated right away and greeted within about thirty seconds of taking our seats. We had our drinks within a couple of minutes. The waitress was friendly, observant, and engaging.

The food was top-notch. It was vary flavorful and rich. The portion sizes looked a little spartan at first but proved to be just right. At no time did I wait for my glass to be filled. The drinks that were had by some of the members of our party had high marks.

I would recommend the Goat to any who would ask, and hope to eat there again soon.

Love this place! Used to live in the apartments and came here for the atmosphere, food and people. This particular time I came in with a friend to get some beers and lunch. The bartender, Coleman was super awesome and friendly. I highly recommended everyone in Murfreesboro check this spot out and ask for Coleman to be your waiter.

The Goat was amazing! Food was great, service was TOP NOTCH!!! Kylen was wonderful! He was helpful, charismatic, and made the whole visit delightful! He really made us feel valued!
The manager came by and checked on us, talked to us a bit, and made our visit to the Nashville area more enjoyable!

Beautiful place inside and out! Really cool and decorated tastefully. Friendly staff, booming place! I ordered the UFO MAINE Blueberry Hefeweizen beer, because I e never seen it before! It was great, so kudos to them for having something new to try! For supper I didn’t know what to choose cause everything looks so good and a little different (in a good way)! So I asked the waitress what she recommends and she said jerk chicken tacos and so I took her word for it! Fantastic tacos! Not too spicy, pineapple on it, chickpeas, some fresh veggies and 3 loaded tacos. I’m a chicken wing fanatic so I order 5 traditional Buffalo wings with ranch to go. They were also fantastic, cooked and seasoned perfectly with a good homemade ranch for dipping. I’m full, pleased, and can’t wait to go back.

The moonshine dipping sauce for the fried pickles was so delicious! I highly recommend it. Excellent service. Our server appeared as we needed anything but didn't hover. Really open area and relaxed atmosphere.

My wife and I enjoy visiting this restaurant every time we visit the Nashville area. We always manage to visit during happy hour (4-7pm). Excellent cocktails and atmosphere. Staff is very helpful in providing recommendations.

My wife had the buffalo chicken wrap and found the chicken overly breaded and underwhelming. However, she's had a burger previously and enjoyed it far more. I had the naked burger (bacon & brie burger). They were out of brie so I had goat cheese. It was very good.

Looking forward to return again soon.

We found The Goat with an internet search for restaurants near us, and after checking reviews and pics, we decided to give it a go.
It's a neat area with plenty to do while waiting for a table, but our wait was only about 10 minutes even though we had been told it would be about 45 minutes. L
Once seated, we had an excellent server who knew the menu and bar items well enough to answer any questions or dietaries (food allergies).
We started with the loaded nachos and fried pickles, both of which were great. The nachos have cheese, tomatoes, bacon, green onions, and avocado. The fried pickles had two sauces - ranch and something else.
For entrees, we had
- goat burger with tots. The burger was good, but the tots aren't for us. The inside is a weird texture, almost dough-y, but the flavor is good.
- wedge salad with grilled chicken. It was nothing special, probably because some of the toppings seemed to be missing. I checked the menu, but I wasn't completely torn up about it and the server was busy, but after I ate a good chunk, my husband posed the idea that I might have gotten someone's special request salad by mistake.
- chicken tenders, fries, mac + cheese. This was pretty good, and the wee one loved it. The mac and cheese was made with something smokey, but the flavor was wonderful.

We were too full from dinner to order dessert, but that Guinness pie will definitely be on our list for the next visit.

I was here for a work meeting/lunch. I had the Nashvegas Burger. It was delicious. The atmosphere was visually pleasing. The service was great. The person that attended to us was all smiles. If I am in the area again or near one of the other locations, I will be returning.

Really enjoyed our Mother’s Day lunch with family. Very friendly service and fun atmosphere.
Cheeseburger and sweet potato fries were very good.

I’ve been here a couple times and I always have a great experience. The food is good and affordable, service is top notch, and an upscale environment sets a great backdrop for the evening festivities. Plus, a great bourbon selection!

An upscale sports bar in a beautiful building. We got the Bleu Buffalo pizza and it was DIVINE! I can’t speak of the service since we got it to go after having arrived from a long flight. But the pizza was great, thin enough to be enjoyable but just with the right amount of texture and the toppings were awesome.

The Goat is one of my favorite places to go for a fun night out. The atmosphere is great, especially during the summer with outside seating/bar access!
Pros: Great atmosphere, nice menu/drink selection, nice waitstaff, good happy hour specials.
Cons: Lengthy wait times (during dinner), menu prices (select items like Tacos, apps, etc.)

Excellent spot in Murfreesboro for dining & drinks. Found this place on Google, just passing through from Florida to home. Didn't want a chain type establishment. Looks like an old warehouse. I had pulled pork tacos which were very good, spouse had a tasty burger. Would definitely drop in again.
