Arby's

The food is delicious obviously, I mean... it's Arby's lol. The lady who took our order was overwhelmed but patiently and thoroughly placed our order. We began talking with her at the drive through and asked how her day was and she lit up like the sun and became happy and engaging. Gave us extra straws and sauce. Don't forget to ask how people are doing or about their day... it makes a big difference. Service was great considering they were understaffed at the time.

Big fan of Arby's just for the nostalgia throwback to my childhood. This individual location served the food fresh and with good attitudes from the staff. Dining area was a bit messy, but I can't really fault the staff for having disgusting patrons. They are definitely not paid enough to clean up after everyone every five seconds. The new mint shake was quite good. Normally shakes are more like concretes and impossible to drink with a straw, this one drank perfectly and tasted about as good as one could hope for.

Today I was craving Arby’s, classic beef and cheddar. It was great the The manager did a great job

I love Arby's classic roast beef. But, I tried the bacon, brisket, and beef. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!! SO GOOOOD.

Arby's has a gyro! It was once on the menu but it disappeared. I can only assume it's in select regions. Now...if they bring back the Italian sub... I'm super satisfied. I've eaten at three different Arby's in the Belton-Temple area and they've all had wonderful customer service! They have a few new menu items as well.

Very friendly service. The food was fresh and the order was correct (not something you can depend on in today's fast food world). Great location with easy on and easy off of 35 for a quick lunch, snack, or dinner.

The food here is always fresh and hot when it comes out. The people who work here are so nice!!! We always stop here when the Arby's Cravings hit! And we've never been disappointed! Thank you!

Fresh food courteous and professional service! I had lunch with a coworker and the food was fresh, my food was made to order, my order was correct, and the employees and the manager were very friendly. The staff was also attentive, and the dinning room was very clean to include the soda and condiment area which is impressive due to them usually being messy. Another plus is their sauce is out for you to help yourself and they are not stingy with the sauce or charge you any extra.
I must say I have to hand to this Arby’s in particular as management and staff are going it right! Belton appreciates you keep up the good work, best Arbys in Central Texas!!!!!

The person working the window definitely knows their clientele. I ordered the half pound sandwich and when I requested Arby's sauce, he gave me a to-go cup full of it, which is a lot of trust in me to restrain myself. Thanks for making it a great trip back to Dallas.

Had the 2 for 6 mac and cheese and roast beef sandwich. Arrived too late for the 2 to 5 dollar specials. Was delicious and filling. I came in from the freeway so ya make a 96 degree turn onto Head . .

Went here for a quick lunch. They had my food ready very quickly. Mug root beer, Large curly fries, and two Buffalo chicken sliders. The sliders were full of flavor, tender, and fresh. Root beer was cool and fresh. The fries were warm, but seemed a bit oily today. The speed and customer service was great. I will be back the next time I pass through. Well worth the trip and time.

For fast food, Arby's is always good

Best damn Arby’s I have been to in a while. Caught on my way back to Austin right off 35! Only thing I just wish the dining room was open. Other than the dining area not being open everything else was great!

Have been to this location several times. Always have had a great experience with nice employees and great food. Always hot and fresh food. I even went when they were closing one time and they were kind enough to still take my order and serve me hit fresh food with a kind attitude!! Love their Gyrks! Thanks to the employees for a great experience every time!!

Friendly fast service and smiling faces that made my day! Our orders were taken promptly and without error, the food was fresh tasting and the establishment clean. I'm giving 5 stars for an all around great experice!

They were amazing. I requested a gyro on a lettuce wrap...I didn't expect them to accommodate me... Wow I was so surprised and happy when they did!! Thank you Arbys...I'm really trying hard to stick with this KETO thing...and its so nice to know I can get obe of my favorite things and still be on target!! You rock Arbys!!
