I called when I was overwhelmed with my hair and feeling like I was out of options. I have extremely long, thick, going gray hair and I didn’t know how to manage it now that it was getting curly. She was honest and said “let’s give it a go and we’ll figure it out”. I showed up and she gave me options, colored my hair, gave me the greatest cut of my life and I left feeling like a million bucks. She even corrected what I had done in desperation (yes, I tried cutting my own hair, my bad) my daughter now goes to her and she deserves way more than five stars. She is a unicorn that I want to tell everybody about.

Samatha colors, cuts and styles my hair and also does my manicure and pedicure. Call for an appointment with her, she’s great and you’ll love the shop!!

Siento mucho no haber tenido suerte. Hoy fui x primera vez y el servicio de las pestañas fue excelente pero el del cabello, horrible. Tengo iluminaciones hecha desde hace 4 años, le dije a la peluquera que me atendió que quería que me retocara las que ya tenía hechas, comenzó bien pero como lleva mucho trabajo, las hizo nuevas. Eso implico que algunas se quedarán con un buen tramo de raíz sin retocar, otra cosa que propicio es que le había dicho que hace dos años me había dado un tinte entre las mechas, por ende, las q ellas improviso, quedaron marrones y cuándo le pregunté porque estaba haciendo algo que no le pedí, me dijo que era por una mala traducción, w ella no entendió, para cuando le expliqué en reiteradas ocasiones por escrito y mediante el traductor de Google. Después le pido que me pase la plancha y solo divide el cabello en tres partes, no sabe el procedimiento para realizar ese trabajo y además, me cobra 191 dollar......estoy muy desencantada.
El trabajo de las pestañas estuvo perfecto y la muchacha es súper profesional.
