From start to finish a great experience. We had to have a slide fixed. The RV tech came at the scheduled time, did a thorough diagnostic review, got the appropriate parts company on the phone, got parts ordered, and follow up was quickly scheduled. The slide is fixed and the best part, they filed all the necessary warranty paperwork! The best customer service experience we could have hoped for and then some. Very pleased with the workmanship as well. Grateful for the peace of mind.

If you’re in this area, this is the ONLY company I’d use. I’ve been here locally working claims for the recent storm and was in a position where I could not move the rig to get service.
Pricing is more than reasonable, impeccable service and professionalism, and the repairs have never caused me problems. They stick behind their work and are front-runners in what they do.

We have a 2019 25’ Airstream trailer. We were traveling thru Texas when our water pump failed. We were able to schedule with these guys and Shannon came out to our RV park to swap out our water pump. Very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend them if you find yourself near Temple, TX.

These guys where excellent. They were so helpful when progressive gave me a hard time with my insurance claim. The manager Sean, went way above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. If ever I need repairs to my motorhome or rv I will be going back to them they are the best and they treat their customers like family. I highly recomend them for your rv service or repair needs!!

I feel this review is highly needed to say what an amazing company Heart of Texas RV Pros is.

This company went above and beyond to service my Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel RV roof. On my move to Texas from out of state, the roof bubbled and lifted up. Luckily, our RV was still under the 1 year warranty with a crazy 1 week left. I contacted Grand Design and they started a case file immediately. I reached out to Heart of Texas RV Pros to obtain a roof quote - I emailed a bunch of pictures to Shawn and he stated he will provide me with the quote by the end of the day. Shawn was true to his word and I received the quote that day. I sent the quote off to GD and waited for them to approve it. Shawn even followed up in a few days to determine what our thoughts were - I told him I am waiting for GD to approve the quote. Once GD approved it, I immediately reached back out to Shawn at Heart of Texas RV Pros to find the next availability. We just so happened to be going back to Canada 2 days later for 10 days. Shawn promised he would call me back to see if they could arrange for our RV to have the roof replaced during our time away in Canada. He called me back not long after and said they called a client who was not in a rush to have their RV serviced and managed to schedule us in. We dropped our RV off the morning of our flight. It went extremely smooth - talked for a bit, paperwork was signed, keys to the RV were handed over, and we were off to the airport. I received a call from Shawn a few days before we were going to pick up our RV to say everything went great and the RV will be ready for pickup as scheduled. Shawn mentioned he will be away on vacation, but a colleague will help out for pickup.

Upon arrival I jumped on the roof and the work was amazing, the caulking was done perfectly to handle the elements, however, I merely inquired about purchasing more lap sealant material to improve the coverage and without hesitation they made sure we left happy by taking on the challenge.

I am very happy with the work Heart of Texas RV Pros provided. They were extremely professional, polite and respectful, promptly responding to my email/questions and honoring their word, and wanting to go that extra mile for their customers. I chose this company to do the roof repair because someone recommended them on one of the Facebook Grand Design forum pages and their recommendation was worth it. I am writing this review to continue to recommend this company for all of your RV needs!

I had Heart of Texas RV pros out to work on my Rv. They are professional, knowledgeable and down to earth good people. I had them out to my house twice to work on our RV. He gave us his honest opinion even when it meant less money in his pocket, because our trailer wasn't worth stinking a whole bunch of money into it. You won't be disappointed calling them out to work on your trailer.

I highly recommend using Heart of Texas RV Pros! Shannon, one of their mobile RV tech’s assisted me with a few concerns I had. Very knowledgeable and professional. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about using mobile RV services, but my first experience was great! Shannon even took the time to call our extended service contract while on speaker phone to ensure I knew what would be covered and what wouldn’t. Thank you again for your assistance!

Had two different electrical problems that I needed fixed, Shannon found the cause of both issues quickly and fixed them, plus a third issue that I mentioned offhand and he looked at and fixed while he was in the vicinity. Whole visit only took two hours. Fast, friendly, and professional.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place is amazing. Truly a life saver. On our trip to Yellowstone our RV started to have leaks after a hail storm and we were so blessed to find Heart of Texas Pros. First off I have to give a huge shout out to Daniel for his kindness, professionalism, honesty and sense of urgency. We were truly in a bind and he went out of his way to make sure we were able to get into his shop without delay. He also knows his stuff. Knew exactly what we needed and his estimates were fair and reasonable. During the repair Chris kept us in the loop daily and was so kind and considerate to our needs and asks. Finally the repair itself was amazing. These guys are top notch and we are now looking to make sure (as Florida residents who travel part time) this is our dedicated repair shop if possible. This is the ONLY place you need!!!

Excellent work, very professional and knowledgeable. Shannon arrived within an hour with his mobile unit (directly from a job just completed) and handled the issues that needed to be addressed. He obviously had a lot of experience with RVs of all kinds (not just a handyman) and wasted no time taking care of our Class A.

Great service from the Heart of Texas RV Pros team! I've had them do work both on site at my lot and at their facilities in Temple. They evaluated my AC units and refrigerator systems, and treated me very fairly. While the AC unit needed replacement the refrigerator only has a gas line bubble to resolve the issue. They explained everything prior to ordering parts and replacing equipment, then walked me through all the work they did without making me feel totally ignorant about the process. Prices were very competitive for the area and customer service / communications were excellent. I'll be taking all my maintenance issues to them while in the central Texas area! Well done team!

Heart of Texas replaced a rooftop air conditioner and installed an over the range microwave in my 2019 Grand Design Solitude 310GK. I made an appointment and was even a little late in arriving. Total time in the shop was just over 3 hours. Not weeks, not days, Hours! Spectacular. Friendly staff easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things.

Heart of Texas RV Pros are the absolute best!! They are professional, compassionate, efficient and they get the job done. Both of my AC Units went out within 10 hours. These gentleman made sure my two units that I purchased was installed very quickly. This is what is even more awesome; I didn't purchase the units from them....but they installed both units on a very short notice and at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Showed up Friday morning as they opened with an electrical problem. They quickly troubleshot, fixed and got us on our way!

We recently purchased a new Motor Coach and contacted Heart of Texas RV Pros, LLC about coming to our home to install roof vent covers. Shannon came out at the agreed time and promptly and efficiently handled the installation. He was such a professional, knowledgeable and friendly gentleman we knew we had found the local company we wanted to deal with on any repairs or installations we would need. Soon after, we had them install a tow bar set up for our small Colorado Pickup along with a Rock Guard for the Motor Coach. Shawn, Daniel and their crew did an amazing job on this installation and went above and beyond in making everything look very professional and work properly. They were very thorough and we are extremely pleased and would recommend this company for any RV needs.
