McDonald's

The store was clean and well arranged. The environment was busy, but well organized. I ordered using the kiosk, which is fast & convenient. My order was fulfilled within 5 minutes. Food was hot, fresh, accurate, & tasty. The bathrooms were clean. There was a long line for drive through with both ordering menus available. I'm confident that I will return.

I got a BigMac. It was yummy. I ordered it through the app and was surprised it was ready immediately. That's a little suspicious but ok. Just.means they had extra patties. 🤔

The kids at lunch are obnoxious and sound ridiculous when they speak. But the management team here is awesome not something you see in fast food, some kids took my lunch, while I waited a long time, they made thus right remaking it and offering a refund, exceptional service

Miss Rhonda was friendly, welcomed us and helped my Dad and I right away. The dining area was so clean! That was the best hashbrowns and egg McMuffin my Dad and I have had from McDonalds since….well, since we were both kids!

We've eaten at McDonald's all over this country, this McDonald's is by far the nicest one we've been to. It's so clean, our food was fresh and delicious! I'm on crutches, as soon as I was near the entrance door an employee came to open the door, I went straight to the restroom, the employee also assisted me by opening & holding the restroom door for me then when I came out there was another employee there to open and hold the door. They offer a comfortable atmosphere for all their McDonald's patrons, we will definitely return.

The lady server was so rude. I forget name.

I had a mobile order and I used my coupon for a dollar breakfast sandwich. One when I pulled up to the window she said oh you got the 3 pancakes I said no I have the mobile order. So when I got up to the window to pick it up she gave me all those pancakes and she was going to give me the smoothies. It was like $15 worth of food. I told her no I have the mobile order for the sausage egg muffin. So she said OK let me go find it. Well she found it right away and brought it out to me. When I opened it to eat it was cold. I couldn't take it back because I was driving and I had to have something to eat because my blood sugar was dropping. Have you ever tried to eat a cold egg with cheese that's not even melted? It was horrible. I won't go back there.

From the start, I was greeted and helped so quickly. My order was perfect and nothing was missing, I was given extra condiments, and it was all brought to me at the booth I was sitting at by Mgmt.
Knowing I wasn't just another number to be served and the friendly smiles on their faces was such a delight.

In my two visits to this McDonald's on a short stay in Temple, I was impressed by the friendly and courteous staff, the restaurant's cleanliness and the speed and quality of the food.

Just left and the service was great! I was honestly so surprised with how quick it took and that my food was fresh. It took not even 5 minutes before I got my food, and the nuggets and fries were hot fresh! Even got the right amount of sauce! 👏👏👏

Worked here!!! They have the best customer service and is very kind to their coworkers this is a great location work for and food is always accurate and fresh will only go to this location if I ever go back to Texas. I miss them so much never been treated so equally EVER AT A McDonald's franchise. Hated I had to leave but pregnant had to be put on bed rest

Used the drive through for an ice cream cone for my mother. She loves them and enjoyed the friendly attitude of the girl at the window. Keep up the great service.

I enjoy the rewards program and the kiosk has opened me up to a multitude of options I never knew were available.

I'm changing my review to 5-Stars since I no longer have a vendetta with the wicked-witch-manager who rudely rejected my 2 -day expired coupon for a free cup of coffee.
I went back the next day and the nice teenager at the window allowed me to use it. And the drive through was very fast.
This location was recently remodeled, and the inside is very small and cramped (and loud mostly due to rambunctious staff). I don't like going inside this location. If I want to dine-in I will visit an alternative fast food location.

The young man that took and prepared my order was super awesome. I wish I could remember his name.
