This location is by far the most accommodating out of several in the area. Ms Thomas and Ms Garcia went out of their way to assist me. They returned my phone calls and went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

Kate Ozment is by far the best specialist I’ve talked to. She never judges my dumb questions and is always friendly! She’s made my experience here great. :)

Excellent resources for job search and well staffed. The resources are ours to use to locate work. Staff do not find work for you, you do. Staff are there to help you and provide guidance for the resources available to you.
Go to a Solutions Center with the attitude they're to find your job for you, you've gone to the wrong place.
Be motivated and open to utilizing the many resources available to help YOU locate a job.

It's all about your attitude when you walk through those doors! If you have a bad attitude, you will decline help on your own accord! I personally have utilized the TWC on numerous occasions and they are always willing to help! Patricia Clay was my personal contact and she helped me more than I could have ever asked for! They know what it's like to struggle, or be in a hard position, and they go out of their way to help! Leave your bad attitude at the door and they will help you reach the stars!!!!
