So much fun and Michael (the employee) is so friendly and such a people person and really takes care of his patrons. Had a lot of fun here while I was in Temple. Met a lot of nice people here. Hopefully some day I'll go back to visit!

I recently had an extremely disappointing interaction at your establishment. Despite being a frequent visitor, I was subjected to unwelcome treatment by your staff. The lack of explanation for their actions, coupled with their threat to involve law enforcement, left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic decency and respect, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

The incident has significantly tarnished my perception of your establishment, and I am deeply disheartened by the lack of accountability for the behavior of your employees. It is distressing to be made to feel unwelcome and targeted for reasons that were not communicated to me.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a reminder of the impact that such experiences can have on customers. Respect and fair treatment should be fundamental principles upheld by all staff members, regardless of the circumstances.

I was railroaded by an employee named Mike for a supposed fake $20 bill but I was not told to leave or banned. Now you tell me what kind of horse and pony show operation they have going on. My establishment that type of perso wouldn't be welcome ever. They need better management, less thieves, and different games. Maverick is not where its at.
