Penske Truck Rental

We got a truck in Temple Texas and drove it 1500ish miles. The rental manager was super professional. The truck ran well. The price was, comparatively, very good. No complaints.

After careful consideration the last review I wrote was completely unfair to these hard working mechanics, they work hard and r very short handed, as I deal with them on a daily bases they work hard and r good at what they do. I just want to say be patient they will get things done for u.

I rented from them about a week ago and it was a rocky start at first with the customer service rep over the phone. But once I actually went into the location at temple I had the pleasure to interact with the manager Cody and when it comes to his customer service skills and him caring more about actually helping the customer with their problems he is 10/10. I’ll definitely be using Penske in temple and in Waco whenever I need a truck and I definitely recommend!!

Great staff and nice price. The truck was easy to handle and very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the 75 mph speed limiter, makes passing kinda hard.
