So my travels over last few days for home improvements suppliers have led me to the Chillicothe Lowe’s. To be honest I was expecting a small town type of atmosphere but this place is surprisingly awesome.

This place has a small town feel but a big city selection as any and all Lowes typically are.

The staff here is a reflection of the community which is friendly outgoing and eager to provide assistance.

If you’re looking for home improvements supplies in Circleville I would say this is probably your best choice

I had an awful time order flooring and installation online and had a bit of difficulty sorting it out over the phone, so I went in to talk to someone in person. The associate Phil Waldron in Flooring was PHENOMENAL. He got everything sorted and was engaging and patience with my 3 year old son. He even walked us out and gave my son a police car. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us.

Could browse this store for hours so much awesome stuff the team was helpful and asked if we needed help on several occasions.

Excellent installation of our washer and dryer tonight in Frankfort, Ohio. The gentlemen arrived during a torrential downpour and flawlessly installed the appliances in about an hour. Highly recommended, no problems whatsoever.

This review is well over due. I was recently hired as a maintenance man and was absolutely clueless and in a serious bind on how to fix an issue regarding lighting panels . I came in very confused on even where to begin to address my problem. With the help of 3 really absolutely amazing employees who all jumped to help with ideas and solutions and saved me hours of work.
I’d really like to thank Mr. Dawson and Becky as well as Tracy. Really saved my butt and will make this store my main store for my companies maintenance needs

Friendly staff , quality and quantity of items. Reasonably priced. Store shelf still standing where I built them with my wife way back when. 12-14-23 50% off Christmas decor, artificial trees.

Store was clean and the restrooms were clean. We had a freezer quit Friday. I went up on Saturday because the automated phone thing said they one in stocks. The salesman was very kind about it, but he said they don't stock that size and that the automated thing doesn't always get it right. If I could have got there Friday, they delivered one on Saturday, otherwise I would have to wait until Monday.

Great place to get all your home needs. They have a great return policy and friendly knowledge staff to help with all your needs.
I especially like the outdoor section with all the beautiful flowers.

Needed a battery for my riding mower that I had purchased there. Went out there located the batteries and a young lady came to help and found that I had the wrong one in my cart. She helped me to find the right one and between the core rebate and the free gift card that I had gotten from them for buying wood stain it didn't cost me anything!!! Gotta love freebies. Thanks Lowe's for a great experience!!!

While there seemed to be plenty of staff, I had to search out ones for the departments I needed help in. They were very busy that day, but when they helped me, they were very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed.

Great experience. Found everything we were looking for. 2" conduit connection, weed killer, and a shop vac. Easy peasy with good prices and friendly service.

The woman called herself dog found the shampoo faucet thing I wanted in fact she had a choice of two for me she really knew her stuff and when we left she was helping someone buy something I was just looking around at other stuff for more stuff she was great sorry about your inability to take care of your handicap riders I didn't use one it not go

The young man that brought out my curb side order was so nice. For some strange reason there was part of it in a locker. He was kind enough to run back inside and grab that for me to. Prices could be better but there's nothing the employees can do about that

Bought stuff for house went great

Need plumbing supplies some PVC pipe in the wellhouse blew apart because the pressure switch stuck. The young man that waited on me knew what area the items I needed. I am disabled so I have trouble getting around so he even offered to help carry it up front. Great guy great experience
