This is one of the best customer oriented places I have ever had! These super friendly people were beyond helpful. They explained everything to me, showed me around the facility and told me to call them if I needed anything! Definitely in my top 5 ever for customer service!

I recently moved from Maryland to West Virginia I contacted Princeton storage and the owner's daughter was so kind and inviting and helpful she held two storage units for me for over a week assuring me that once I got there that I would have somewhere to store my things when I got there the owner was just as nice kind and helpful as she was I definitely recommend storing yours thing'shere

We recently rented an indoor climate control unit. My mom gave Jessica an idea of what all she needed to store for some time, due to moving into a smaller house she couldnt take everything she had hoarded over the past 15 years, and the unit that she said it would all fit into was right on point. My mom has had many storage units over the years but none of them have had the surveillance Princeton Stirage has and the customer service was superb. Wether its junk or precious gems we recommend Princeton Storage ALL THE WAY EVERYDAY!!! We thought the indoor climate control units would be a great place to do a haunted house. We did a whole Michael myers skit while while putting the stuff in Storage. Thanks.loadiunlloadiWe definitely recommend Princeton Storage to everyone who needs extra space for somr time . Wether its just some furniture or mayysome precious gems.

Love the staff. They will work with you in anyway possible all you have to do is call and tell them and they will take care of it. They will always be my go to for trailer and storage .

Had to rent a Uhaul from this place to move to N.C. Was a flawless interaction. Wonderful employees, great service. Hope I never have to rent another Uhaul but if so, this is the place I would use to do it. Great service.

What an amazing place to hold your "life". Jennifer the storage manager has been nothing but amazing to me ! Shes said more than once "storage should not be stressful" but with out her and all her assistance it would have been. Between graduatuation from college and a move halfway across the country Jennifer has been more helpful then I ever expected ! Store your "life" here and you too will have an amazing storage experience !

I have been with Princeton Storage for at least 5 years. The manager Jennifer is the most helpful, considerate and nicest person I know. She goes above and beyond to help her customers and to work everything out. I dont know who this Gus Lewis is that gave them a bad review but I can tell you that he is making all this up , pure bs. I have never, ever had a problem with this place and I would definitely recommend it to my family without a doubt. If you need a storage place you should definitely go see Jennifer and she will fix all your needs...I personally guarantee this regardless of what some of the one in a hundred people review says that have a personal problem in general. Princeton Storage is where to go when you are in need of a professional, secure, facility for whatever storage and/or moving needs you may have. You'll find the staff skilled & efficient as well as genuinely friendly (which is priceless, especially during what is often a stressful time of moving, storing, etc.)

I can't imagine anyone having a negative experience with this place. So for the lone one star rating out there (Gus) in a sea of otherwise consistently high ratings I'm not sure what you are talking about because that review does not reflect any dealing I or many others have ever had with Princeton Storage or in particular with the office manager, Jennifer. Whether it be a storage unit, U-H-A-U-L rental, or moving boxes & supplies Jennifer works tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need.

These guys are very flexible. Very reasonable. And can accommodate a lot of different needs. I've used them twice now, and I'm sure there'll be a third.
