We had a large pallet being delivered. I wasn’t home to accept the delivery but I spoke with the driver when they arrived. I asked for the pallet to be dropped as close to the house as possible. The driver said this might be a challenge but would do the best they could. I didn’t realize how difficult it would be until seeing the driver dragging a pallet jack over gravel on our cam later. In my opinion the driver went above and beyond to meet my request when others would have just left the pallet at the road. I wish I would have gotten the drivers name so I could mention them here but I didn’t. Also Amy was very helpful with scheduling the delivery. Thanks for the hard work and great delivery!

Hi! My name is Meagan and I wanted to come on here and talk about my experience with using your company on a weekly bases... Every week and sometimes almost every day we use your company to ship our product.. In doing So I have gotten to know your truck driver Ed out of the Temple, Tx facility. And I have to just let y'all know that Ed goes above and beyond to help his customers out. Not only is he friendly, nice, and courteous. But he does his job so well and efficient. I deal with ALOT of different company's and drivers and I have to say that I pick your company hands down just because I know I can trust Ed to take excellent care of our merchandise . Ed has helped me out so much when I need to ship a pallet last min... And he is ALWAYS happy to do it no matter how busy I know he is. . . Ed is a valuable part of your company and honesty he is a valuable part of my every work week because he makes my job easier to do. Thanks for all you do Ed! We appreciate it and you !

Ramon helped unload a heavy load for us when all of our techs were out on jobs and noone outside of our office to help unload. He did a great job and really helped us out.

Ellison delivered a 1600 lb weight set for our home gym. Ugh….the job seemed impossible as the ramp to his truck has a 1000 lb weigh limit. He got the job done, and placed the items safely in the garage. He did it all with a smile on his face. After he was finished he swept up the little mess that was left on the driveway due to the pallet breaking. Highly recommend him and his team. Exceptional display of customer service. Ellison did an awesome job delivering a pool to my house. He was courteous and you could tell he cared about his customers. It was raining outside during the delivery and Ellison moved the product into the garage to ensure it didn’t get damaged.

Ellison called me before delivering my treadmill. He was kind, informative, and on time. I couldn't be present for delivery, but he worked with my wife to ensure everything went smoothly, including sending me a photo of the completed delivery. David Wright was prompt, courteous and went above and beyond. He called to let me know he was 20 minutes away, then when he was five minutes out. He unwrapped my delivery and helped store it away from the impending rain.

I would like to thank the driver today that delivered my pallet of merchendise. Ususally I have drivers that throw and set my packages in my yard and leave. Thank you Angel (I think that was his name) for my delivery and I greatly appreciate you putting as close to my garage as possible. I also appreciate you being as kind a respectful as possible. I was extremely pleased with R&L Carriers out of Temple, Texas. I received a text letting me know I needed to call to schedule an appointment. The lady on the phone was very nice and got me scheduled right away. The day of my shipment, I received another text letting me know they would be at my home in 45 minutes. When my shipment came, the driver was super nice. He brought my shipment down to my garage for me. Everything was just right and on time. I will totally use this carrier again!

Our package arrived exactly the time I was told.
The lady I talked to on the phone was real nice!
The driver that delivered the package was very courteous.
My only regret is that I can’t remember his name to put here in my review.
I really enjoyed talking to him.

Our assigned driver, David, was very courteous. He called ahead of time to let us know he was 5 mins away. He asked where we wanted our load to be placed. We do not have a dock for large freight so everything has to be hand carried inside. David used the pallet jack to place the load exactly where we asked, and as close as possible to the door because it was raining. Very pleased with service.
