My name is Katherine and Jeylene at Family Promises saved my home. She was so helpful, responsive, and stayed in constant contact with me until I got the help I needed, even though our town had just gone through a tornado and the needs of the community tripled all of sudden. Her and her team took on tremendous challenge, and were still able to help me at the same time. I was so sure that my case would slip through the cracks, but it didn't.

They were so professional and so genuinely caring about my case. I felt Jeylene and her team truly cared. I can't thank them enough for saving my home!

This place is amazing!! Sometimes life gets thrown off track and people have unfortunate circumstances arise… Personally, I don’t have very much family to turn to and when I needed someone’s help the most THEY WERE THERE not only for me, but also for my 3 small boys! I never felt judged, the social worker actually made me feel the very opposite of that. I feel like that’s so important because it’s hard enough to ask for help… soooo if you’re going through something financially, emotionally whatever the case may be, the people and their supporters will remind you that you’re not alone!!

This place really is a blessing. I am extremely grateful to have them and all they have done for me! Ruckus, Jasmin, Nick.. just the entire Family Promise family are a blessing. They care and make you feel like family!

Family promise is a really nice place to live. They have a lot of resources. They are very kind and helpful with whatever u need . I am thankful that they took us in . They also helped us into getting us a place and furnished . They also help us with food and bills . Other things.

Family promise help me with my rent and I am blessed and very thankful for the help I got from Nick was amazing he made the process so smooth and easy thank you so much. This help has helped me and I’m not stress now I’m relieved.

The Promise house is an amazing program with people who really care. I don't know where I'd be if I didn't find this program to help me and my son get out of our situation and get us into our own home. So much support and love from the people who run the place. They really put family first and I am so grateful and blessed because of them. Anyone who needs a place to stay or is in a bad situation you do have an answer and someone out there is willing to help. Thank you to Family Promise for everything.

I volunteered for the trunk or treat event and was happy to see the kids have so much fun! The staff are kind and work extremely hard to help the families in the program, they have huge hearts and give the children a safe space during they stay. If you have a little time to give, food, or any other way to lend a hand please consider helping!

Hi my name is Dorothy Walton and I was struggling bad after some setbacks on my financial situation and I called every agent I could possibly call I had been turned down from all of them and was told they had no funding available until I got to one last number on my list which was Family Promise of Bell County I found Mr. Nick's email I told him my situation and that if they could help me with any amount no matter if it was 0-whatever I'd still appreciate them regardless I was nervous I'd get a no we're out of funds but to open my email and see Mr. Nick had said yes we will be able to help he didn't hesitate to set an appointment when I went to my final appointment he didn't hesitate to make payment to my management which put a stop on my eviction and made it possible for me and my children to have a place to call home. Mr. Nick and the entire F.O.P don't have a clue on how much they've blessed my family and took a load off my shoulders 🙌 I wasn't treated like I was nothing because of my situation I felt welcomed and understood ❤ thank you and for God placing it in everyone's hearts who donated and to everyone whose affiliated with them! I found out about this organization through my employer. I've had the opportunity to meet the people behind this organization. I donate to several nonprofit organizations (in different states) - there're only a few that get me choked up by their dedication. Family Promise Of Bell County is on that list. I hope as they grow and expand (and they will) they'll maintain that unique touch of involvement that is lacking in so many other services. Support and Volunteer!!

I absolutely love this facility! It’s the only place my daughter and I had that was safe and had a chance to get our life back on track after Covid. I think of this place as a family. I couldn’t be more great full for their help.
