Corwin Tile & Carpet

Corwin Tile & Carpet is amazing! I had bought my first home, and wanted to put in all new flooring before moving anything in. They worked with me and were able to finish all my flooring in a matter of a couple of days. They were very professional, and kept me updated every step of the way! If I ever need any flooring done, I will definitely go back!

Corwin did a great job on reflooring my study. They were creative and did fabulous work.

Poor Customer Service to the point of fraud. I ordered 500sf of tile staggered in 4 sizes per for a "versalles" type multi tile installation for a sunroom. When my tileman went to pick up the tile, Mr. Corwin told him that one size was missing and that he could just "cut a larger tile" to make up for the missing pieces. My tileman said cutting a tile and making it look like beveled edges is almost impossible and it would be noticible when looking at the floor. For tile costing over $4.00 sf, I would expect a bit better quality instead of just making do

This ticked me off. He never notified me or my tile guy that the order was not complete. When asked he said initially that "they" (Deltile) were not making the specific tiles I needed. When I told him to just cancel the order he said he would make a few phone calls. He later said that they found my size tile in Dallas and it would take 5-7 business days to get here. I have 2 tiles guys waiting around for this nonsense. He then said I may not be able to return the tile because the "boxes" might be "messed up" How could I be responsible for the boxes since I never received the tile. The whole experience just smells. A little honest communication up front could have solved this problem for him and me.
