As an RN employed with Aveanna it has been a pleasure working with the staff and patients alike. The staff are upbeat, patient and tolerant as well as very understanding. They work with you to try and find a fit for you. When they say they will do something they follow through. I would definitely recommend Aveanna for any nurse seeking a job working with pediatric patients.

Aveanna has been very fair to me. I wouldn't change anything about my experience. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I am hoping this will be my last job of my career

My experience with Aveanna health Temple office has been nothing but excellent. I am so honored to belong to such an amazing company. The management board is very experienced and they are role models.

Destiny Hicks has gone above and beyond to make sure we have supplies in a timely fashion to provide care. She is the type of coordinator you can ever wish for. She makes you feel appreciated and values your thoughts and oponions most especially the care we offer to the clients. Destiny has been my scheduler for my time being with Aveanna, I enjoyed working with her more than any manager I have worked with in my nursing career. She cares about her staffs and always check and make sure they are doing okay.

Been working at Aveanna since 2018 and it has been the greatest experience of my career. Mary and Shannon in the front are amazing and so efficient and Kelly is so helpful when I have charting/assessment questions! Anthony has been invaluable while he has been my scheduler. He is efficient in his work and communication and it is refreshing to work with someone who is respectful of my time and schedule and who checks in to make sure my needs as a field nurse are being met. I cannot imagine having been at this company this long without him. 11/10 would apply here again

I’ve been with the company since 2019, and I gotta say they’re good with orientation and when it comes to their staff they care, and are respectful with families that they are staffed with.

Aveanna has been providing quality services to my family for over 8 years and the experience has been exceptional. Their staff is knowledgeable and really care about the needs of the client. During the time that nurses became short due to the pandemic, Aveanna continued to do their due diligence to place a nurse with us that was careful and mindful of the delicate time.The office staff are good with communicating changes and updates in addition to checking in to make sure we aren’t lacking in any areas. Aveanna is an asset to the special needs community.

I have been a Registered Nurse for 7 years. I have worked in a few hospitals in various positions, including management. The last few years I have been working in Pediatric Home Care and have worked for several different companies. Aveanna is hands down the best for myself and my patient!!! Anthony is the absolute best scheduler I’ve ever worked with!!! He has ALWAYS gone above & beyond, with the most enthusiastic & caring personality in everything that he does, he is a true gem 😊

Ive been with Aveanna for a year and a half. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. There have been a couple times I have had issues with other nurses and things were handled fairly and professionally. I have never been without a client and their pay is competitive. It does get a little frustrating with all the yearly check offs that are required but at the same time it tells me that they take the safety of their clients and nursing staff seriously. Their training is always up to date and they are good about making sure the nurse is prepared to care for the client they are assigned. This gives me a high level of comfort and security where my nursing license is concerned. I highly recommend this agency and Anthony in particular has always had my back.

I’ve been with Aveanna for a little over 3 months and I’m very happy with the staff and company. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Anthony is quick to get back with me on any questions I may have. If he doesn’t have the answer he always put me in touch with who does. The company stays update to date on any changes that happen within the home health care regulations and Anthony makes sure he passes the needed information on to his nurses. He keeps me up to date with scheduling days off if I need them. With my experience so far with Aveanna I am very pleased and proud to be a nurse working for them.

My experience with Aveanna Healthcare has been nothing but great! Everyone in the Temple office is wonderful. They are always professional and encouraging in everything they do. The training and time they invest in making sure you are up to speed is extremely helpful. They are always a phone call away when any questions arise. It’s been a pleasure working with them! The flexibility is great! My scheduler Anthony has been awesome and on top of everything at all times! Getting to work with these kids is the most rewarding thing in the world, and it’s so great to work for a company that truly cares about their patients as well as their employees!

I have worked with Aveanna for 6 months now and have had a great experience with them. From the very start of applying for the job every person I was in contact with was always polite and helpful. From the online, in office and in home training all my questions were always answered and I knew I could call at anytime for help. They truly care about their employees and all the patients as well. As a working mom I needed a certain schedule and they made sure I got what worked for me. I highly recommend working for them.

The staff at Aveanne has been top notch. They help with any and all problems I may have without exception or delay. They always have my back. Debbie has helped me every single time i have asked. She always greets you with a smile and has a true interest in your life. I have always found myself enjoying the time I have spent working with her. Her attitude towards staff makes doing my job a pleasure. I have never ever worked with someone I enjoy as much. While many of the Aveanna staff are amazing Debbie shines above all like a guiding star that is always there to help.

I have worked as a PDN for Aveanna since 2017, I have had many schedulers in my time with them. My most current scheduler Anthony Torres rocks. He is respectful, encouraging and understanding and never pushy when he needs me to cover a shift. He always attempts to accommodate the family and myself, to ensure we are all happy.

My experience with Aveanna for the past 3 years have been great! Destiny one of the schedulers at the Temple location is one of the best schedulers I’ve had in the healthcare system period. With a 20 year healthcare background she’s very reliable and professional! Just a great person all the way around. I enjoy working for this company

I have been with Aveanna as a nurse for over 7 years now. Their employee training is amazing. The day to day operation team is thoughtful, trust worthy, and reliable. There have been numerous occasions where I was looking for a shift to feel and one of the schedulers manage to get it done. The families are equally amazing. The kiddos we get to care for are some of the sweetest souls on the plant...no joke.u look forward to meeting more families wonderful assignments.

We have been using Aveanna for a few years now. Anthony always goes the extra mile to make sure we are covered here at the house, that we have gloves for the nurses, and any paperwork that we may need. His attitude and his customer service skills are always where they should be, even when delivering bad news. Its hard to find someone you can count on now days, someone that will just get it done no matter what and not make excuses. 10/10 stand up guy.
