Boone came to the house and repaired 4 legs my new puppy used as a chew toy. Wonderful job! So glad I chose them. He took an area rug with him that needs to be sewed. Highly recommend them.

We had issues with our electric recliners no longer working and they were able to figure out potential issues on the phone and even ordered parts incase they would be needed. When they came over to work on it, it took a matter of minutes for them to discover and resolve the problem! They provided quotes ahead of time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I had two unfinished furniture pieces we needed stained. Mr. Boone, of 3:23 Concept Furniture, did an amazing job on reupholstering and repairing my chairs as well as repairing the dining room table. We've had the dinette set for over 15 years; raised 5 children and 3 grandchildren using that table. Wasn't ready to get rid of it. Boone does a great job! He's fixed both a coffee table and a China cabinet for us on separate occasions. China cabinet he even came to the house for the fix so we didn't have to worry about moving that heavy piece. So glad we have someone trustworthy for these kinds of repairs! My couch electric recliner was stuck in the open position, family coming over for Christmas, lots to do to get ready... Boone came over the next day with parts in hand and a servant's heart! He completed the repair in no time at all. Would definitely call him again and recommend him.

Boone made an amazing restoration on my granny’s 1943 hope chest. It had at least 3 layers of paint over the original stain. It had a few veneer issues and minor issues from having been moved around the United States.
I having re-stained furniture in the past I gave it a valiant try and soon turned to 3:23’s expertise.
Boone repaired all the dings and damage and stained it with an ebony stain and matte finish. The finished item actually brought tears.
My granddaughter had asked for the chest in the past and now it will be a part of her quinceanera gift next month.
This vintage chest has found new life with a new look and a new generation.

Boone repaired & restored my grandmother's dining room table and chairs. He picked them up at my home in Salado & returned them to me. They look beautiful! What was once a scratched, wobbly table is now beautiful and sturdy. They are considered antique, so I did not want them refinished. I could not be happier with the results. He is truly an artist at restoration.

We moved to Temple in May of ‘19 and had some damage to some our furniture including an 1850’s armoire. I picked 3:21 off of the internet and I’m glad I did. Since the original call we have had the out numerous times for repair, .touch up, and refinishing. Their work is amazing and they are prompt in their scheduling.
