Best Western Temple Inn & Suites

It was awesome as usual,I have not had a bad experience at Best Western ever.
Keep up the great work.

The room was a very good size and very well designed for the quietness it afforded me. Newly refurbished and beautifully decorated. Had enough tech to charge all of my devices (don't go anywhere without my laptop). I felt very safe here and walking to the Texas Roadhouse restaurant, right next door!! The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, a pleasure to work with for checking in and out. I thought it was a great value and well worth the stay.

The room was clean and they granted our request for a room on the first floor and we very much appreciated it ☺ my only complaint is the coffee is HORRIBLE 😝 both the night and morning desk clerks were SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL and it was refreshing so I would DEFINITELY stay here again

Beautiful . Very clean! The front desk lady that was working on Sunday the 23rd was the kindness most welcoming experience I think my family and I have had EVER!!! She was seriously so nice!!! I wish i could get her name so i could compliment her personally!!!!!

Was pretty quiet, even with us being at the end of the hall. Not a lot of road noise and the door closing wasn't super loud. Clean and modern rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast was decent and there were many options. Overall good experience and I would stay here again.

We were warmly welcomed. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff were attentive

These are good people at the front who smile and say hi. They have no problem helping with anything and have no attitude. The rooms are clean and well stocked and the breakfast is pretty good. Could use better biscuits but otherwise it's doable.

Large, very clean room. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. Right off the exit when going south to Austin, and two exits from a Buc-ees with Tesla chargers.

I don't usually give 5 star ratings but this Best Western deserves it. The location was great, both rooms were clean, had the preferred amenities, a good breakfast, and actual staff that were available for questions. That would be a 4 star rating from me. The 5th star is for the affordably priced snacks and water available by the checkout. That was very thoughtful.

Peaceful, comfortable and well priced, wonderful stay in a cared for hotel. The people who work here definitely show pride in what they do. We felt so welcome by Mike the manager and all of his staff. Even though the hotel is right by in I-35 once you stepped inside it was so quiet. We had a great night's sleep on the king sized bed with room to spread out and relax. My spouse and I travel a lot for work, this was a business trip, so we see a lot of hotels, this is on of our new favorites. We will be back again soon!

The Front Desk attendant, Mary was the most wonderful and helpful lady. She is a A+ employee. We were traveling through and our automobile broke down. While we stayed there, she was very helpful and customer service to me is the most important thing in all hotels other than cleaningness. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

Great location next to a great restaurant. Perfect when you arrive late and do not wish to search for a restaurant. Staff is very pleasant.
Nice hotel. It is clean and well furnished. Breakfast is really good.
Only one negative - coffee option in the room is the worst.
In my survey I suggested they invest in a recyclable K-cup option and a few real creamers in the fridge. But, it's a minor detail.
Would highly recommend it.

All around great experience! My room was very nice. The lady attending to breakfast was very nice. She greeted everyone, kept selection fresh and stock then greeted all as they were finished. Plus, you get a 10% discount next door at Texas Roadhouse, which their staff is very positive and polite also!!

I have stayed at this location 3 times in the last 4 months. The location has been clean, staff has always had a great attitude and very helpful when needed. Has a really good breakfast included. And we have reservations to stay again in two weeks.

Arrived at 2:30am on a Sunday morning. Had already stopped at 3 other hotels. No vacancy. The night desk attendant (male...I failed to get his name) was sooo nice & accommodating. He was advised that we were Diamond Select members & immediately went into action to insure I was placed in a room. Best Western is our choice hotel, but, not being familiar with Temple, I did not know that it was so close to my target destination. Kudos to the night desk clerk.

Great clean rooms at affordable prices. Staff is amazing!! They go that extra mile to make you feel like family. They help you with things not required by hotel staff. Highly recommend this great motel.

Great clan hotel stuff was great right next to Texas roadhouse

Everything was in perfect working order. The showers had great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean. Breakfast included eggs sausage and biscuits and gravy. The price was less than $75 and I have no complaints.

Is new and fresh and the staff is friendly. Full hot breakfasts get the day started well. Check-in and check-out is always simple. And their “no pets” policy makes for a great night’s sleep, as do their comfortable beds. If there’s a Best Western in town, there’s no reason to look for anyplace else!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will stay there again.
