TownePlace Suites by Marriott Temple

Target is close by along with a plethora of good restaurants. And it's right off the freeway (I-35). I don't notice the traffic noise much but I do notice the train though that sound doesn't bother me.

The rooms are nice. Good water and water pressure. Dishes in the kitchen. The stove top did not cook well. Could be the pans weren't the right pans for the cook top. The fridge didn't shut properly so we had to be conscious about making sure it closed and didn't pop open. Just some minor issues.

Maids came by every day to see if we wanted a cleaning. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here after having surgery with my mom and sister. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, we needed so many pillows to get me into a comfortable position. Room was clean and despite construction it wasn't very loud. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen made things even easier for us. Also there is Netflix so I felt even more at home and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at several hotels in Temple over the past couple years and liked this one the best. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. The hallways and elevators were clean and well maintained.
My room had a kitchenette and table for 4. Not the traditional work desk and chair which was nice for a change. Some renovations are in progress but it was hard to tell.
Because the kitchen was being renovated, a traditional breakfast was not available but the staff had multiple snacks and drinks available throughout the day and evening to make up for it. It really added to the welcoming feel of the stay.
It is a quick turn off of the highway ramp and easy to miss. The GPS will get you there through a neighborhood with a lot of twists and turns but once you arrive there is plenty of parking.

Nice quite location with great amenities. The rooms are clean and modern and quite spacious and comfortable. The staff was outstanding and worked very hard to ensure all my needs were met. Their Breakfast is really awesome too! Easy in and out with access to everything.

I really like this hotel. I will lodge here again and will recommend to others. The hot breakfast is delicious. All the amenities are open and available. The staff is super friendly and attentive! My only small issue is the vacuuming of the hallway should be done more often. Its not filthy but i can tell it needs a vacuum in sporadic areas. Its my personal opinion. Overall... This place is phenomenal.

Great staff! Dee was so nice and very accommodating. Fast check in and check out service. Clean hotel. Great quick breakfast. Plus they sell so much right in the front store, drinks, snacks to microwave meals. Location is a simple left and then a right onto the highway. Very easy for commuting. Loved this hotel!

Chris at the front desk and the young girl are always so incredibly helpful. I enjoy this hotel because it has a great location and it has bright, big rooms. The breakfast could use some improvement, but their staff are excellent.

Due to ice storm our home had no electricity when I reserved a room I was told check in was at 4. I explained my situation and she called me back with 10 min and told me they had a room available immediately to head on over. Wonderful service. Very nice and wonderful suite. They saved the day!

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at.. Lisa at the front desk has s AWESOME!!!Always smiling, always greet you, willing to help no matter the task and fast with the check in and checkout!!! I will be returning soon!!

Very clean. Kitchenette is great for long stays. WiFi would occasionally go out, but always came back in at least 5 mins so not too much interruption to working remotely.

Stayed here on a business trip. Great staff service. Kitchen in the room and the gas grill outside allows great options for meals. Room and bathroom was clean.

Not a great visit. got to hotel and room was cold, heater not working. got another room. no coffee pot or Mugs...just coffee. Missing lots of silverware, plates, cups..Don't know if we will stay there again.

This hotel was great I love the way the rooms are set up your going to love it and the staff was very helpful we used this hotel alot while traveling for work and I enjoy it everytime and there are a lot of things to do near by

I absolutely love love love this hotel! The room is so clean and nice . I love the fact that the shower in a walk in shower and that the bathroom has a closet space. I will definitely come back here the next time I'm in Temple .

Very dog friendly and I appreciate that they are so friendly to my dog! Newer Marriott compared to the residence inn! Beautiful property!

Almost brand new, staff was pleasant and the breakfast was quick. Located next to a major Interstate hiway and a movie theater. Several dining options within 1/2 mile.

Typical for a 3star chain: clean, nice beds, good breakfast, reliable brand. I will come back and should have started my night here. I ended up coming here at 2am after staying half the night at another nearby horrible hotel. Next time, I'm coming here.

It was a nice stay,the only thing was that the coffee was not hot and there was no microwave..

Clean hotel, friendly staff. We were in town for a golf tournament. The location was perfect for us.

Rooms need a little maintenance! Overall, great place and staff was wonderful!!!
