Location is nice right from the highway. I was not supposed to check in until 3pm however the agent Mikayla looked into some availability and I was able to get a room at 10:00am. That sealed the deal for me. They do serve breakfast but stops at 10:00. My rooms bathroom smelled like urine and the couch had visible stains. Other than that nice stay. Safety is a big concern these days. I came safe and left safe thank God

One of the nicer hotels in the area. The staff is super friendly, and the complementary breakfast is pretty good. The room was awesome, spacious, updated, everything worked.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Robin and Kamron did very well. I have a client meeting in the Belton area. I live in between two city’s Austin and Dallas I travel this way a lot, some one stole my wallet.after I had made a reservation at Fairfield. They were in able to uphold my reservation. I called Robin to see if she could help. Which she did the last room In whole hotel she reserved for me and with three different forms of ID I was able to check in. My room is clean, sheets are fresh and tidy, smells great as well!!. Thank you residence Inn staff Temple Texas!!

Truly wonderful stay! We needed a few days and a room that was wheelchair friendly. They were more than happy to accommodate us. Everyone was very friendly and if we had a challenge because of my chair, they were quick to help out. They might be a bit difficult to find and a touch older hotel than others, but they are more than worth it!!

Really safe place and clean the service was good and the swimming pool was nice ☺

We stayed here on 2 occasions. My wife had left her mobile charger in our room on our first visit. After calling them back, after we had left, they assured us that it would be kept safely, and returned to us; when we came back to stay, after a week . Not the best laundry room, but they have a great internet connection and the staff is super friendly and nice. The room has an actual oven with a four top range, awesome. Medium fridge and microwave included. There is also a pool and gas grill that works great. Will stay here again.

This place was nice and cozy, felt like home! They were more than accommodating for my two dogs. We had our family reunion in their conference room and the woman who was running the front desk went above and beyond for us! We never expected that type of service and welcoming, especially for such a large group. We have decided that we will have our family reunion at this hotel again next year.

My husband & I stayed for one night i August 2022. After I left, I realized that I had forgotten my phone charger there. I called the hotel. Mr Kenny found the charger and kept it for me. I was able to pick it up a week later.

The Inn is a comfortable place to stay. I found it quiet and cozy. It was a relaxing place to take a break.

Oooo my..... I'm normally not comfortable outside of my personal space, but I was extremely comfortable during my stay. The room was very clean, the gym was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and quickly replenished when it ran low.
If I ever have to travel back to the area this property would definitely be my first choice.
Please keep up the EXCELLENT work, it definitely didn't go unnoticed!!

Staff was really nice and understanding's. Rooms were clean. Pool was also clean. If your military this is a really nice place to stay.

The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. I received a warm welcome from Robin and also from the houseman David. Marie and Larry were also very nice. On top of all the friendly faces the room was fantastic. There wasn't any dust and the bed was made perfectly. Great job! Thank you, i will be back on my next trip.😀

It is a very comfortable place to stay for a day or a week. The rooms are clean and renovated. You have kitchen in the room as well as kitchen appliances. All rooms have same design which is cozy and comfortable. They provide a nice and healthy breakfast with variances choices between scramble eggs and Greek yogurt. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had some misunderstanding with the management as they didn't want to accept a coupon they advertised at the local paper but at the end we resolved it without a big deal. On some nights they offer drinks and snacks so people gather at the breakfast room as they are in cafe - it is a nice feeling at the end of the day. The Residence is close enough to downtown and easy accessible from the highway. I will recommend this place for people who seek comfort and hommie feeling in a hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room had everything I needed: dish washer, dishes, silverware, and the bedding was even comfortable.
