Legacy Dental

Was recommended by a loved one, and their recommendation didn't do the service justice. From the time I arrived, I was greeted with a pleasant and welcoming feeling. Staff was BEYOND friendly and Dr. Megan was very informative. Went back for a cleaning and Charity was amazing as well. She related to me to help me calm down and I was in and out promptly fully satisfied with the job she had done.

Legacy Dental is a great place to have dental work done. Dr. Megens is such a caring person. I was amazed the shots to deaden my mouth were not painful. I never felt the needle. I split my back tooth on a chicken bone and needed to know all my options. He gave me three options and discussed each. I went with a crown. The visit went awesome. I am a senior citizen and I appreciate his being so gentle and kind. I am recommending Legacy Dental to anyone needing a highly qualified dental office.

Our family has used Legacy Dental for all of our dental needs for the past 20+ years. The quality of service and friendliness of all the staff make each visit worth looking forward to. Dr. Megens and each of the hygienists have such a personable bedside manner, and they do an excellent job keeping us apprised on any dental health needs or issues that may arise from time to time. All of us (kids included!) love how our teeth feel after each cleaning. We're so grateful that Legacy Dental is a part of our community - they consistently deliver above and beyond, amazing service. I visited Legacy Dental as a new patient yesterday. I was so impressed with the friendly and professionalism of the staff and Dr Megans. Dr Megans did a very thorough and complete exam. He and the dental assistance explained each step they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. They broke down the treatment plan and payments according to my needs and worked with me to get future appointments scheduled around my busy schedule. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further. Jason Megan’s and his staff are the best in the area. Dr. Megan’s is very well informed of the latest procedures and explains everything very well. Most of the staff has been at this office for a long time. The staff listens to your concerns and work diligently to accommodate your current needs. My husband and I have been with them for at least 20 years. They are like family. And we now live almost 2 hours away and think the drive is VERY well worth the time.

Went here for a LONG overdue teeth cleaning. Everyone here from the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the doctor are all very warm and friendly. Was very easy to make an appointment and spent no time in the waiting room. I apologized to Charity, the hygienist, because I knew she definitely had her work cut out for her but she comforted me and told me not to worry at all. She took her time, was extremely gentle, always making sure I was okay and comfortable. More importantly she was very thorough. Easily the most pleasant dentist visit I've ever had, start to finish. Teeth feel so clean I'm trying to avoid eating!

I value a local business that takes care of its staff. It shows because we've been greeted by the same great staff over the years. We are grateful to have Dr. Megens as our family dentist. He is very thorough, and calming. I highly recommend Legacy Dental, if you are new to town and are shopping for a dentist.

The whole staff is wonderful. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile by your first name. They remember details about you and ask about your life. The hygienist is very gentle and Dr Megens is always cheerful! I never dread going to the dentist anymore.

I am so lucky to have found Dr Megens and his team. Making an appointment is easy, my first exam was thorough and went beyond what I expected and the explanations provided for what was next I've never experienced in Temple.
I've had to go back and have a tooth checked and was again very happy with getting an appointment, being seen on time and an exam where Dr Megens fully what he found.

Suffering a very painful jaw, Dr. Megens and staff were able to get me in within 15 minutes of my initial call-in. The level of care I received was thorough and professional and the treatment plan recommended has already begun to show positive results. Thank you so much for this compassionate level of quality care!

I met Dr. Megens and had some work done by him when he was working in Connecticut. I was out in the east coast for a conference and needed some emergency dental work done. Dr. Megens was kind enough to take me in on such last minute notice. When the work was completed, I couldn't have been more impressed. I could never really say I have had great experiences at any dental office. I usually get an anxiety attack right before and during my visits. Dr. Megens was very gentle and professional when he worked on me. I'm not even sure how he did it, but I didn't even feel any of the anesthetic shots he gave me! He was also very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that was done to me. It didn't take long before I became quite relaxed and had forgotten I'm at the dentist's!

Now that he has an office in Temple, I would drive there for any of my dental needs and I live in Dallas! I've referred my brother over there to have some extensive dental work done. He's very glad he made the drive to Temple. My brother was just as impressed as I was.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jason Megens to anyone looking for a dentist. He is passionate, genuine and honest. Definitely hard to come by these days!

Love this place! They make sure to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Going to the dentist wasn’t always easy for me but they really helped me with my dental issues instead of just throwing antibiotics at me and sending me on my way.

Legacy dental is awesome, they really care about the patients. The Dentist was great, I did not hardly feel the shots. When I was cold the dental technician got me a blanket 😊. They were quick and precise. I would definitely go back.
