Great service. The current construction outside makes it difficult to get in, but otherwise fine and fast.

Very good service, very clean and professional service. Got both my cars registration renewed quickly, down to the point and friendly.

This location works quickly, even though it has a ton of traffic. The clerks are courteous and professional. Sometimes I've been there for 45 minutes, sometimes 5 minutes.

I spoke with Valarie over the phone and she was extremely pleasant and found a solution for me within a minute and was able to resolve my issue within 5 minutes. This is one of the best DMVs I have encountered. I appreciate it and hope it stays this way.

If you schedule an appt., prefill out your application paperwork, & gather all your needed docs beforehand then it's pretty fast & easy. You will check in using digital screen left side of door with your appt #. There is a $4 charge to use debit/cc. Check accepted but has to be a Bell county bank printed. Cash accepted. Expect $190 for new out of state registrations. Afterwards will be a yearly $75 renewal.

Went in without an appointment to get my new HC Placard with a bottle of water and my trusty Kindle expecting the frustrating, long, bureaucratic nightmare that I thought was standard for anything related to licensing, registration, or anything else document related to the federal, state or local government. I was proven wrong. Renovation and modernization abounded there! The area was clearly marked, brightly lit, pleasantly appointed, and well organized. Upon entering, the process began by signing in on a kiosk to the right of the door requiring name, phone number, and reason for the visit. The clear instructions made that speedy and easy. Before I sat down I had a text on my phone informing me that my approximate wait would be 28 minutes. I glanced up to notice that I was #10 on the large, wall-mounted monitor. I noticed that customers were called up by the last five of their phone numbers at a fairly quick pace and, sure enough, my number was called in about 15 minutes. Approaching desk #3 I worried about what document I might be missing to accomplish my task and I reminded myself to smile even if the clerk might be scowling at me. Again, I was very pleasantly surprised! LISA was the one who assisted me, first by greeting me with big smile! She was amazingly courteous, fast, and efficient at getting my new placard and accomplished the 6-8 subtasks of that project appearing to almost glide around the various workstations in the big office (think Mary Poppins with no singing!). She reassuringly answered my couple of questions with a smile without missing a beat in her process. This whole NON nightmare was accomplished in less than 30, very pleasant, minutes. I went on July 1st not best time to go.
I got there about 4:00 and went to log on their little kiosk thinking this is going to be a long wait there was literally 25 people waiting in line.
To my surprise they went pretty fast.
Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Convenient location downtown and very quick and friendly staff. Came in for my vehicle registration renewal/sticker and was in and out in 7 mins.

Several individuals arrived after us to pay property taxes for the 2022 year.

The ladies are very polite and quick to assist. The line moved quickly.

My first ever visit to the Temple DMV was a pleasant experience. I waited at the locked door until a minute before my appointment. A nice lady let me in when I told her I had an appointment. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called up. Once I was seated, it only took 10 minutes and that was it. I was shocked at how efficient the process was and I left with a new set of plates that day. I've had horrible experiences at DMVs in the past, and fully expected to have a horrible one here too, but it was not the case. Making the appointment was easy, and I liked getting updates and reminders through the day.

Just want to take a second to brag on one of your employees Maria I come up there pretty often and she helped me a few times she is great very respectable and make the process so easy thank you so much for helping me I appreciate the great customer service

It really was a wonderful experience I think when that's the case it should be so stated too.. and not be overlooked. The method of operation now is efficient the representatives were proficient and friendly. couldn't ask for anymore...except a cup of coffee

Moved from Ohio and had to register my vehicle ,I thought I was in for a long drawn out process and then came Tonya,One of the most friendly and professional person's I have dealt with in a long time,she was patient,she explained everything in detail and she made me feel like she really had my best interest,Thank you Mrs Tonya you made my first official business experience in Texas a great one.

I am so glad to be able to write this review because my experiences with vehicle registering in other states (California, Virginia, Colorado, Kansas) were HORRIBLE. As a military member, I have to do it a lot. Usually getting vehicles is such a PAINFUL process. However, I am glad to report that Maria made the experience painLESS and easy. She was so kind, professional, and efficient in her job there. I handed her my paperwork and she quickly sifted through what she needed and what she didn't. All the time being very nice and easy to work with. I appreciate GREAT customer service and Maria really is GREAT at customer service. I'm so thankful she helped me out that day!

This place was possibly the fastest and most professional registration place I’d ever been. Was in and out with my plates and registration faster than it took to drive there. Those working were sweet and informative as well. Was very impressed.

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Lisa was especially efficient, friendly and accommodating as she helped process my vehicle registration. Everyone was very nice despite it being a Friday afternoon with the weekend only moments away.

WOW… What a big difference from Killeen, over here they are Super Really friendly staff, they do answer all my questions really professional. 👍🏼

Lisa helped me while at the temple annex registering my new vehicle. She was incredibly kind and patient. She helped me along every step of the way and it honestly would have been a much more stressful situation had it not been for her. Truly an amazing person!

I went with my husband and it was our first time registering a car from our old state. And we got so much help, from where to take our car to get inspected. Making sure we got out new license plates. Absolutely great staff! Thank you for doing a phenomenal job with everyone who came in today.
