Total Men's Primary Care - Temple

Great first time experience! I am new to the temple area and wanted to establish a primary care relationship and am very happy I chose Total Men's. The appointment creation process was simple and quick. I was able to get a next day appointment at a time that worked for my schedule. The staff was welcoming and was able to work through my insurance and onboarding quickly. The service provider was awesome, we had a conversation about my health needs and it felt informal and a was actually a two was discussion as opposed to other providers I've had that speak at you and don't really listen. My concerns were understood and a treatment plan was created, that's all I ask for in a primary care provider. I'm definitely thankful and look forward to continuing with Total Men's.

Had a great experience during my initial visit. I was kindly greeted by the receptionist upon my arrival and promptly checked me in. There was no wait to be seen by the nurse, who was friendly, answered my questions, and ensured I was prepared to speak with physician. When I saw the physician, Brandon, who was empathetic and listened to my concerns. I will visit again if I need medical care.

The primary care physician provided attentive and thorough care during my visit. They listened to my concerns, explained diagnoses and treatment options clearly, and demonstrated a genuine interest in my well-being. The office staff was efficient, and overall, the experience was positive. Would recommend for comprehensive and compassionate healthcare.

An efficient way to be seen for all your health needs. I was able to be seen within 48 hours of my inquiry. The facility is very clean and welcoming and the staff are all very friendly. Looking forward to all my routine checkups in the future.

Absolutely fantastic. The reception, nurse, and provider (Emily) were all very professional and friendly. As for the wait, there was none 👍. The waiting room was very nice with the fully stocked snack bar. I plan on returning for any needs that may arise. From what I gathered, you guys are one of the only places who do the rapid antigen test, which is very important to many people needing tests to return to work as soon as possible. You guys are great!

I started as a new patient today and the experience was excellent. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and there was basically no wait. Brandon was very knowledgeable and thorough and easy to talk with. All of my concerns were heard and addressed and I didn't feel at all rushed.

Prompt, courteous care, most major insurance accepted. This is how to see a Doctor without feeling like you’re going to the Doctors , perfect for those of us that hate going.

The staff was amazing. Comfortable waiting area with snacks. Had me feeling like this was not your standard doctors office. They got me back fast. Even though I was about 20 minutes early. The best part is the Doctor actually took the time and listened to all my concerns, instead of just hurry up and get them in and out. Will be coming back for sure!!!

Just switched to this PCM, and I've had visits in 3 different locations. They were all courteous, professional, and quick to get me seen. I don't plan on changing to any other doctor. I see why the reviews are so high!

I’m mid 50’ish. First time visit was really good (1-day ago). The reception staff was courteous and helpful. The medical assistant walked me through intake. Basic questions, low stress. The doctor looked through my historical records I brought with me. He asked me some questions and he listened. That it itself was an exciting change based on what I was dealing with at the VA. My first experience was very good. There are plenty of female focused healthcare facilities and I like the idea of a men’s healthcare facility. They are working with me on insurance concerns I have regarding actual treatment. Lord know we can all use a hand dealing with insurance companies. I just appreciate the help. If you’re looking for a provider then you should give them a try.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area was nice, clean and full of snacks/tv to watch. Would definitely recommend to anyone afraid or nervous around big hospitals or clinics. My place to be seen and heard from now on.

I went in for a rapid covid test. They made it quick and easy for me. This was my first time here. They have an option for new patients to register online, so once I got there, I just had to give them my name. The whole visit was less than 30 minutes. I got my test results in less than 30 minutes as well. Even though they were busy, I was able to get everything done within an hour. I will most definitely go here again.
