My Name is Mike Smith and I'm a veteran and have been here 3 yrs. I Have no complaints about this place, because I've seen the improvement that the Owners, Manager and staff are doing to improve this place, and with the manager we have now, the place is getting better and better each day, and it's great for veterans because we're right across the street from the VA Hospital very convenient, If you mind your business and don't cause any problems, you want have any problems, some of us who are here with no family down here kind of look after each other, The New Owners have really cleaned this place up from where it use to be about 7 yrs ago and the new manager is awesome polite, courteous, and very Respectful and the maintenance people are great, like if there is a problem, they are Johnny on the spot, Right on it, So Thank y'all for the 3yrs. You have allowed me to be here, I know at times i can be a handful, but Thank you for your tolerance and keep up the good job of Renovating the place room by room!!! Mike Smith

My name Timothy k Zimmerman usmc I had to be grandchild's menu many times and shouldn't shirt girl. They're traded just very, very nice and very good, my sister is gone now and I am going to no journey and a new life. I'm wasting over clever now, there was problems. But it was you to be pretty worthless girl. You have to be a good little bit louder and it's OK. That was a home to me and my sister Android. She's gone now and I'm on a marathon. I'm a disabled vet, my wife and I are treated amazing by staff..we have a large room with full kitchen as comfy as any apartment in temple I'm sure..right across from VA for my medications and appointments ty so much to the staff for all you do...Keith and Daytil Boatman

This is a great place. They have the greatest maintenence man of all time. Excellent service.

This place has an exceptional maintenance crew. They should all get a raise.

The place is dated and could use some work. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are priced right with cable TV. Also very quiet and on the same power grid with the VA Hospital across the street. So they didn't loose power when the ice storm hit.

I really like it here, this is second time my husband and I have stayed here for a extended amount of time. I'm happy to call this apartment /hotel home. Staff is very friendly and are very attentive! Only comolaint was that my rooms stove is very dirty when we moved in.. Built up grease on the range as well as overhead stove hood fan/light area.. But other than that.. I love it here.

Great place to stay fr it friendly staff that are always there to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Clean rooms quite and peaceful. I have really enjoyed staying here. Would be happy upon a return visit that they are still around when I come through.

Excellent customer service. Rooms were spotless with kitchenettes and flat screen TV. Free wifi, pool and complementary candies.

I've been here since Thursday afternoon, and have had a great experience so far.
It's across the street from Olin E. Teague VA Medical Center, so sirens are common. Those noises don't bother me, and I find our location convenient for volunteering. There's a outdoor pool, and laundromat for guests, and Bill's Grill, a American cafe open 24/7 right next door.(I'll post a review after I eaten there!)
The housekeeping and maintenance service have been great. The room is clean, in good condition, has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a nice closet, and the decor is decent and slightly Western-style(Makes since with the hotel's name!) I like it enough for a extended stay!

Bill's Grill has mouthwatering breakfast specials. I will definitely return since my new favorite places are so close to the VA Temple.

My name is sugar I live at the ranch house with my daddy we really loved here my daddy's name is Tim Zimmerman and my mommy's name is Anne Donovan she is so sweet we really love living here the people are very friendly and very cool there's all kinds of things around here to do the staff the owner the management they're all very very nice they all like me very very good come visit the ranch house and bring your dog for it's a very safe place to live it's like a very good home God bring me here now I'm here with my dad making him feel safe and very happy God bless you all and all by the way we're near the VA hospital Walmart HEB there's a convenience store in a dollar store around us come and visit us and enjoy a very very nice place to live it has everything you want it has a stove refrigerator microwave swimming pool and very very friendly people come enjoy yours it's just like a very very nice home I love you my name is sugar God bless you all

Lovely staff made me comfortable and welcome late at night. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, and clean. Next door to an amazing 24-hour diner!

My man was Tim Zimmerman and I like the one that's Ranch House me and my sister love with loves Europe we enjoy the people to work share and friendly people that are here we are veterans and we are treated very nice shirt come visit the Ranch hours for it is a safe place to live at the friendly staff and the owners are very very nice me and my sister has lived here before we like the ranch house very nice

The employees are so nice and very helpful! The rooms most of them are newly renovated so they are beautiful. Every chance I get I stay at this hotel!

I had amazing stay here, alot of veterans are here, and this is a very safe place. Room service is clean and tighty, non smoking rooms are the best I've seen!
