Cinemark Temple and XD

I was surprised by the variety of snacks and drinks available at this location. also, bonus points for the functioning arcade area in the lobby! that was one of my favorite parts of going to the movies as a kid! I highly recommend the XD upgrade for action movies. the sound and video quality was worth it!

Nicely staff, clean facilities, comfortable seats, we like to order online and when we arrive they have all the food, snacks ready. Mini churros tastes good.

The best movie theater in the Temple area. A fine area for popcorn and snacks along with a very clean seating area in all their screen areas make this place the best for both children and adults ❤ ❤. Update: 05 Feb, 2024. The best theater in the Temple, Belton area. Very clean, staff very friendly. But snacks of course, very expensive $$. Oh well, worth it to see a good movie.

Have seen countless movies here. Never an issue with sound or video quality. Seats are nice and recline the perfect amount.

Always a pleasant experience going to the movies here. Staff is always courteous and cheerful and theaters always clean. Love being able to pick seats online and even on their busiest days it still never feels crowded. Highly recomended

On June 2, I went to the movies and had some issues with my seat. I went to the front and spoke with Teresa, the manager. She initially gave me an attitude. After I told her that it made me uncomfortable, she changed her demeanor and refunded my movie ticket, as well as the popcorn and soda I had bought. Another worker, Kole, approached me and apologized on her behalf. Despite not being a manager, Kole was much more attentive than Teresa, which was disappointing because one would expect a manager to handle the situation better.

Kole offered my husband and me a complimentary meal to make up for the horrible experience we had. He should be recognized for his excellent customer service and kind heart. He informed me that he wouldn't be there the next day, but Andy would be. Andy turned out to be very sweet as well. Both Kole and Andy made our experience much better, and they deserve recognition and possibly a promotion for their great customer service. In contrast, Teresa should be reassigned from her managerial position because she lacks the necessary temperament and attitude to handle customers effectively.

I had a great time at the movies with my kids. The matinee price for Wakanda Forever were the cheapest in town. The theater was clean and the staff were nice. The food was good and fresh. I loved that the seats had a tray attached to them. My only gripe was that the reclining seats were not heated!

I love going to the movies by myself! Some popcorn and a coke and I am a happy person!!! Staff is cool and nice! ❤

Friendly staff. Chairs were nice and big. Even reclined back with a sliding food and drink tray. Wasn’t sure if the chairs were actually comfortable or it was over kill. But comparing to other movie theaters in the area they were very clean and comfty. Sound and visual were solid. Great place.

Me and my family went to go see the new Godzilla × Kong movie. There was a group of teenager girls in front of us talking more than half of the movie. I asked them to please be quit. They decided to talk louder. I had enough and told a young man named Elijah that was checking tickets about the situation. He gladly told the girls that if they did not quite down that he will have them removed. They remained silent the rest of the movie. Big shout out to Elijah for making my movie experience amazing.

Great Theater with comfortable Lazyboy type seats.

I like that you can book specific seats that also recline with a personal table and cup holder. It's a great place to see a movie. Very comfortable.

Michael, dark hair & beard, is a wonderful caring young man. He walked us to the theatre for the 4pm showing to make sure it was clean and offered to be there for any needs we might have. If he's not management he would be a very good choice.
All the employees are exceptional. I had to go back the next day to look for a lost item & Paul Castrol was more than helpful. He turned on all lights, took off cushions on the chairs of the two seats we were in & with a flashlight searched for my rosary that fell out of my pocket. We did not find it but this theater has exceptional service! Thank you Mr. Castrol you are the BEST!

Update: 01/24 This theater used to be my favorite but seems now that the upkeep is horrible. The laminate on the trays is really bad, peeled off, missing. The seat I chose was taped. On my way out I noticed trash overflowing. I mean come on people! My favorite movie place ! I love the recliners . I love the walls behind the seats so noone kicks you!

We saw Iron Claw over the Christmas weekend. The movie was good, but long and slow. The theater was great. We always order tickets on our phone. I love that all the chairs are the nice big recliners and it is all reserved seats. This was the first time we ever ordered snacks online with the tickets. By the time we found are seats, a young man was right there before we even sat down with fresh hot popcorn and slurpees! So convenient! The concession stand must have gotten a notice as soon as the ticket guy scanned my phone, it was fast and way better than standing in line. But next time, we will show up 15 minutes after the start time, because I swear there were 20+ minutes of previews. Great experience and we will keep coming back, this is our favorite theater in Temple-Belton area.

Had a great time! Although it was a busy night, the staff did a great job running the circus inside to get everyone to their movies.

This theater is always clean. I like the “theatre style” seating , but I would like it to be open seating rather than picking a seat in advance. Hot buttered popcorn in an environment that will keep me coming back.

Our go-to theatre. We drive all the way from Jarrell instead of going to Round Rock. The staff is amazing! The theatres are always clean. My uncle lost his wedding ring in the theatre. They took the time to look for it and asked for our name and number to call if they found it!
