Well it's been a long time since it happened, but sadly I locked my keys in the car when I went to get groceries. Pop-A-Lock gave a 40min estimate wait time but the tech arrived in 18. He was friendly and had a great attitude all around along with being professional. My car was unlocked in under a min and I was able to get back on the road due to their quick response and great help.

I was very frustrated since my husband locked us out of the house in 110 degree weather. I contacted a lot of locksmiths with no luck. My neighbor called Pop-A-Lock and I informed the young man that we had somewhere to be in less than 45 mins. Long story short, our technician got there within 20 and I can honestly say it took him less than 3 mins to get into our home .. Thanksssss

We had an eventful yet unfortunate evening, but Pop-A-Lock made our whole week! Christina was so professional, sweet, and attentive to our needs! She immediately dispatched Jordan, who arrived in around 10 minutes of our call - Jordan is a beast and knows what he's doing! Had James service me in Killeen and he was quick and professional and very nice. They came within their time limit and the price was worth it and exactly the price as noted online with the right information for their car. They even helped me in the past years ago and to know they have not gotten worse but better I would advise highly to go to them for services.

It was awesome service. This was the first time that I locked myself out of my car. They made it on Fort Hood very quickly and the service was fantastic and cheap. The technician knew his craft and was quite friendly as well. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat and I would also use them again... Though I'd rather not lock myself out of my car again lol.

Very pleased with Pop-a-Lock of Temple! My wife was locked out of her vehicle and I was out of town with the spare set of keys. Phenomenal service. I ended up having a tire go flat on me on I-35 coming into Belton on Saturday. I used my Ford roadside assistance and they sent Pop-A-Lock.

Within a few minutes of requesting service from Ford, I got a text from Pop-A-Lock with the name of who was coming to help me and a link to track the technician.

While I was initially told a 40 minute arrival, Brian showed up in under 20 minutes and had a real jack and a power drill to get me changed into a spare in under the time I was promised for a technician to show up.

I would absolutely use these folks again for any sort of roadside emergency.

Wonderful Service! My wife locked the keys in one of our cars. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The technician even showed up 15 mins earlier than the quoted time. They got my wife back on the road in no time.

I definitely recommend Pop-A-Lock! They saved the day after my parents locked both sets of car keys in their truck. The customer service and the technician was super friendly and professional. The tech was at the house within 15 minutes and unlocked the truck in less two minutes! The price was totally reasonable.

Everything was quick it easy. They told me it would take 30 minutes to get some out to me, but it only took 15 minutes at most. The man who came was really friendly and helpful.

After a long bedraggled day of grocery shopping at Walmart I go out to my car to realize I have locked my keys in my car. I called Pop-A-Lock and they told me it would be 25 minutes until they could get to me which was fine because it was a beautiful day and I didn't mind waiting. Less than 2 minutes after I get off the phone Pop-a-Lot drives up to my vehicle and announces he is there to help me. What a surprise! My technician was friendly professional and I was in my car and on my way home in less than 5 minutes! I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Said it would take an hour to get there but arrived within 20 minutes. Unlocked my door and and was on my way within 10 minutes. Very nice technician too

The temple office was great! They have a location in Fort Collins Colorado that is actually very lazy and not very helpful so I was surprised at the wonderful help we received in Temple
