I locked my keys in my car visiting from out of town and found Donald Bulls Locksmith’s online. From my first conversation with the owner I was a happy customer. His technician called me promptly even though it was a weekend. Marcus showed up and was very professional ,clean cut and trustworthy . Everything went smoothly and I had a great experience nonetheless. It’s not often I run into small businesses that leaves me wanting to post a review. Good people and great service! I highly recommend using them for anything they handle. It’s nice to see the blessings even in the not so great situations.

We had Marcus order us a key for our new car. The key came in and they got it programmed in a short while. Their work was efficient and reasonable in price. Thank you for your great service!

These guys are amazing!!! We were camping at Mother Neff, and we inadvertently got our camper keys locked in the truck and the truck keys locked in the camper. 😒 They were out there in about 45 minutes (it’s about 35-40 minutes outside Temple) and had us back inside in a minute or two, all at 9pm on a Wednesday night. Very reasonable as well. We use them for all of our locksmithing (is that a word).

Had to call in for roadside service for one of my employees who locked himself out at 1 am. This shop was the only place open at this hour. Usually most businesses rip you off when they know they're the only option around. However, the price I paid was very reasonable considering the circumstances and everything. A gentleman picked up the phone, gave me the price upfront, made it to the location in less than 30 minutes and took care of the problem. Phenomenal and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend, hope this place gets a lot of business.

I locked my car and forgot the keys inside 😅. So, I called Donald Bulls. They responded very fast, arrived in about 5 minutes, and opened the car in no time.

Wish I would've caught the name of the young man that was sent out to me, but it couldn't have been any easier. Even on the line with the operator that organized him to meet me out to where I was; went smooth, straight to the point and very thorough. From the point of when I got off the phone, it took no more than 20 minutes to get to the location and get to work! Very knowledgeable and precise in his decision making when trying to figure out the best of ways to pick the lock. All in all, he took no less than 10 minutes to get the job done! super pleased and will be on top of my list to call if I'm ever found to be in this predicament again. Price of what they were asking could not have been more affordable, in calling other places around the area and getting a quote; for the service that I received today, I would've gladly paid double!! Complete 10/10 experience would definitely recommend!

I made a huge mistake! Fridays are donut day for my little boy and I. How I locked the car when getting out, I have no idea. I went to get my little guy out of his car seat and the door was locked. When they arrived they were friendly and polite and definitely helped me with my anxiety built up during this ordeal.

I rarely do reviews but after the day I had, this was without a doubt, the silver lining to it all!!!

l Have never personally met Mr Bull himself. I guess he might be liking it to the apostle Paul who's always out elsewhere serving the congregations however what I'm able to attest to is Mr Bull, left some competent caring concerned neighborly-time people there at the store to serve customers best interest getting their needs taken care of over the counter. Particularly this lady this nice lady I was impressed with how much she knew who initially was able to help me with what I thought was an impossible problem but she simplified it and of course I've been there on numerous occasions and always happy to kind of just go back to see them again.

It is not every day that you meet someone as kind as Nick. My truck broke down in the middle of the road with two flats. Within seconds a van pulled up, and a man stepped out just wanting to help. He did everything within his power to help with my situation and as quickly as possible. We had great conversations, and despite his relatively young age, his wisdom was immense.
