This yoga studio is a smallish outbuilding on a farm; its clean, roomy and pleasant, not too hot, not too cold. It's a very nice 10 minute drive from my house in East Temple, with lots of wildflowers and farm land. It's such a calming experience to be at the farm; seeing and hearing the wonderful animals and flowers. There are a few little gardens surrounding the studio too. My instructor, Rachel, plays pleasant music and is laid back and easy to follow. I attend the low key classes at 9am Monday & Wednesdays, and feel so energetic for the rest of the day. (There is also a 5pm class for more advanced students). The stretching feels great! There aren't too many students in this particular class and they're very nice and helpful. You register from the website for the class you want to take. You can save money by buying more classes at one time. You can bring your mat or borrow one, workout in your barefeet or socks.

Yoga and Lifestyle. Expertly integrated rationales and practical applications of both the poses and lifestyle, sets this studio apart from others. Most importantly, for the adult practitioner, it is appropriate for the lifespan with instructors that integrate variations and props to assist everyone in achieving THEIR potential. And that's what yoga is about. Nice variety in types and themes keep the classes interesting.

I came to learn Yoga, but got much more. Great place to learn how to be well and recover from life's twists and turns. I have learned some great wellness habits here that have enriched my life greatly. I'm a disabled Veteran and have had just about everything under the sun thrown at me, but never had so many good tips stick as I learned in one place here. Epsom salt baths, Sound bowl healing, Yoga, .......lot's of stuff you won't learn anywhere else.
