Even though you can tell the building is older, they keep the facilities really clean and seem to update equipment well. The staff is always really nice and I love that the children’s area is stocked full of toys and also games and crafts, not only tv.

Great facility for the price. Employees are nice, good selection of equipment, and the place seems clean and well maintained. More cable machines and more space in the dumbbell area would be nice but it hasn’t been an issue the times I have visited. I have only used the weight room and cardio areas but everything else looked great when I walked around the facility. Highly recommend!

A City of Temple facility attempting to please many diverse groups and doing it rather well. Weight machines to indoor/outdoor ball courts the Summit does many things for many people. Citizens of Temple should be proud of the Park and Recreation Department. So stop, take a moment and look around. You'll see Parks and Recreation has a big footprint.

I go here for the hot tub and sauna for my back. The staff is always kind and the facility is clean. They have handicap parking. It is a great place for the family. They offer daycare services and have a pool that is open during the summer. The hot tub is indoors in the locker room as is the sauna. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to work out, swim, climb rock wall, racket ball, tennis, basketball, etc. Very good value if the price was for gym only, but it covers everything.

Great improvement since this spring. Hopefully they can fix the climbing wall. They are offering holiday discount right now 25% off, extra month, and free classes. I went to exercise yesterday and tried the cardio steps and Zumba classes, equipments, and the raquet ball game. Felt great and my face turned red from good work out. The kids had fun in their youth and child care rooms. Even my preferred to sit and watch the kids husband found something he enjoyed to do.

It's a great gym for beginning and people who are interested in fitness. It's not the best gym for competitive lifters or CrossFit. Overall through, good gym, great staff, and some super cool amenities.

Love this place! Children care room, Rock climbing, machines, pool and so much more! I love taking the yoga class, using the machines and eliptical the very best.

Looking forward to joining soon.

Staff is friendly and helpful, very clean facility, not over crowded, kids love it, and definitely one of my top 3 favorite places to go.

Nothing flashy, but has all you need to stay fit and healthy and a little fun along with it. One of Temple's hidden gems.

This place is great! They have a ton of amenities. The employees were very friendly. The place was very clean. Definitely will be coming back!
