Harker Heights & Temple Allergy Clinic: Dr. William F. Long, M.D.

This was the best experience with an allergy clinic I have ever had. First off, finish your paperwork before you go in to make your appointment faster. Masks are required but don't let that keep you from coming here. I will be bringing my kids here and referring friends here.

This is by far the best allergy specialist that I have worked with. I have seen countless doctors over the past 25 years for my allergies, and this office is head and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend establishing care with them!!

The staff is what makes this office so amazing. The sweet lady who does the injections is amazing with our 4 year old. Cannot recommend them enough! First visit was a little strange as it was in the office yet we saw the doctor virtually on a tablet before he came in the room to examine my son. But other than that I have no complaints. Great office and staff!

I have been using Dr Long office for allergy shots for nearly 10 years. I love going there because they make you feel like Family. They also make the process very quick and easy. Im in and out and don't have to wait very long to be seen.

I love coming here even if I am getting my allergy shots every week. I had a terrible allergic reaction and the ladies definitely saved my life! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Staff make scheduling appointments easy while Dr. Long is very patient and caring. I appreciate all the ladies here at this clinic, they care about you and offer suggestions if your willing to accept. Highly recommend sending your love ones here for any allergy needs you may have!

This place is more than an allergy clinic to me. For years I have been having a it of issues and none of my doctors tried to make any connections. Dr. Moon and her team have been nothing but amazing, and because of her I have been referred to the right doctors and am on my way to getting better! They are amazing.

Great office and staff! Everyone was super helpful, and Dr. Long was very personable. Course of action for treatment was explained in depth, and COVID protocols followed closely. Definitely will come back!

I moved away from Temple several years ago and haven't found an allergist as good as Dr. Long since I miss him! Can't do better! Great staff too!

I have been a patient for about 2 years. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

My daughter has been getting her allergy shots here for a while. Dr. Long is pretty awesome along with the receptionist Darlene!! I can't say that I'm too pleased with the new help though. My daughter had an appointment scheduled to get her shots a few months back and I rush to get her to the appointment only to be turned away stating they didn't know what dosage to start her on. Mind you I felt as though they had plenty of time to contact the doctor to find out what to give her. Filled out an updated demographic sheet only for the information to not be updated in the system. I knew the information wasn't updated in their system because my daughter had an appointment scheduled a couple of days ago only for her to arrive to a closed office. I never received a phone call, voicemail, or email notifying me that the office would be closed nor did my daughter's father. I was extremely upset when my daughter's father called me to say that the clinic was closed. I contacted the Killeen office and Darlene was nice enough to put my daughter on the schedule for another day. After the first incident I was already looking to find a new allergy clinic to take my daughter to because I just honestly felt as though things could have been handled differently.
