Best-Way Carpet Services LLC

I have used the services of Best-Way, and I have observed the installation and services of other local merchants. I find Best-Way to be the most knowledgeable, and very good about standing by the services and products they offer. I do not have enough information to gauge how their prices compare to others, but their rug cleaning service is second to none. I have not found another vendor with the same level of care for area rugs. A big plus is Best-Way offering insight that showed me in I can cost effectively maintain and periodically replace the pad and carpet; completely removing the "funk" that comes with pet ownership. I had thought replacing the carpet in certain areas would be significantly more costly than regular cleanings due to the difficulty of the job, but now I have better information and can have a cleaner home for the long haul, by periodically replacing the products in their entirety to remove the enzymes that get beneath the carpet pad.

Bestway removed the tile and carpet in our living room, hall and one bedroom then installed hardwood floors. I am so happy with the experience and the outcome. The floors are beautiful and the guys did the whole job in just a couple of days. Very happy customer.

No one answers the phone. it took like 3 times so I went with another provider that day. I give them 4 just because someone did call back 2 hrs later but I already booked an appointment with another company. Thanks, I will try again next go around.

Kinda high prices for what i was looking for

Worst carpet place ever!!!! Got charged 800 bucks to carpet small hallway and bedroom, guy took 4 and half hours and barely spoke english
