Charles was courteous and professional. He did my entire house and its looks so good and FEELS SUPER CLEAN! If i call Stanley Steamer again i hope they send Charles. But I would definitely use this company again.

Wonderful service. They were here early, as scheduled, and worked very hard and very thoroughly. I was very impressed and happy that I called them. They got my carpet and furniture clean. I did not think it would look that clean or good. Like new.

I was always told it’s cheaper to do it your self, but in this case it definitely was worth it Hire Stanley to clean my Carpet! . After spending time, money renting a carpet Cleaner and Capet Cleaner soap. It would have cost way more and Nicholas got it done way faster! Carpet looks great.

I was able to get immediate service. Stanley steamer stayed communicated with appointment reminders and let me know when the technician would arrive. My time frame was set from 8-12 and the technician arrived on time. He was very friendly, communicated and explained the process and was very efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Jeremiah Johnson is an excellent technician who is efficient, effective and courteous. I will ask for him when I want the carpet and furniture cleaned again. “SS” should train more people to Mr. Johnson’s service level.

The crew was polite and explained to my satisfaction. Once dried I was pleased with my sofa. Can't wait for the rugs to come back, they had to be cleaned a different way.

Jeremiah did an amazing job, cleaned up all my Husky's accidents and even cleaned up stains that have been in the apartment longer than I have lived here.

I have no complaints about Jeremiah. He waited for me to arrive home, didn’t have an attitude, he was very informative off the products he used as well as informed me of continuous care of my carpets, and he was thorough on my floor removing stains and cleaning spots I didn’t know we had.
I would highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience with this crew of 2. Arrived on time and got straight to work forming a plan of attack on my home. Very polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. These people are so nice! They were a little more expensive than the other I priced but attitude means a lot. The ladies in he office as well as the technicians were so nice and explained things to me. My carpet looks great!

Always love our interaction with Stanley Steemer! They are always kind and get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. We absolutely plan to continue using their service for couches, upholstery, and those pesky area rugs that our toddler and dogs have seemed to destroy.
