Frugal transmission

Frugal transmission's and automotive have been fixing my cars for years. They have always done great work at a very fair price. I would recommend their work to anyone. No job is to big or to small for Frugal transmission's and automotive.

Frugal gave me an accurate diagnosis on my car. They repaired my car in a timely matter. The pricing was fair, and they worked with me on making payments. I would highly recommend for your transmission needs.

I trust the workmanship completely. Have had work done on my vehicle 🏎now & also w/ previous🚗 car. They really do know their stuff. Thanks to the guys at Frugal, for fixing🛠 & 🔧🔩maintening my rides, especially to where i did NOT have to bring them back b/c of something they screwed🔩 up. Other places, ive used after having something done/fixed, i either had to bring it back or get it corrected elsewhere 2nd time or they wanted to charge me💸💳💰 an arm & a leg, but they actually worked w/ me & didnt rip me off or take advantage of my ignorance/ lack of knowledge under the hood. Thank yall, yall rock!🤘🏼🤝🏼🤗😘(It esp doesnt hurt to see how easy on 👁 they are either.😇😏🙊🙈🤗)

I took my car in because it wasn't shifting right. They told me it was the Shift Solenoid C. They fixed the problem and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

I can only assume that the long list of bad reviews showed up suddenly as a result of a disgruntled customer ( most likely one of the people who felt that he should work without pay AND let them have their car back.....good thing there are laws to protect his interests. )
My personal experience at this shop was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Kim is a very intelligent and knowledgeable mechanic, and he happily explained everything in a way that I could understand . He had several customers he was working for at one time, so naturally, I wasn't terribly bothered by the time it took. Also, I have seen him go through employees, one after another, for quite some time now because he can't seem to find any good help. They all seem to be more interested in taking advantage of his kindness, stealing, or attempting to get paid while absent from the job site.
If you want a GOOD, reliable, hard working, & FAIR mechanic....this is your place. If you are looking for a quick fix and free services ....then you better look elsewhere. Personally...this is the ONLY shop I will be using in the future.Thanks Kim....for all you have done and continue to do for people like me every day!!!!

Owner isn't very bright, poor service, wouldn't know customer service even if you taught him how to spell it. I wouldn't trust anyone with my car who couldn't spell "automotive" correctly. Clowns.

Probably the worst place you can take your car for repair aside from a junk yard. In fact, the junk yard is where your car is headed after taking it here.

Very unprofessional! Takes forever to do anything! And I really think they use parts from the junk yard seriously! This place is a noooo gooo!

This business should have been shut down by the BBB a long time ago.
