Impressed! I brought in a floor length, 2 layer of fabric formal dress to be shortened on Thursday. I picked it up the following Tuesday. I was nervous because I sew and knew It was going to be difficult due to the narrow hem on the top layer and the way the fabric draped. They did a beautiful job and it was only $35.00.I was given a quote at another cleaners for twice that amount. I will be a return customer.

Great work, at a fair price. I give very few 5 star reviews, they deserve it.

If you value your clothing in any amount, in my opinion, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!! I am new to the area and took my clothes here, due to it being the closest to me and, oh boy, was that a mistake. They barely speak English, which was a huge problem trying to get this whole ordeal rectified. My husband's pants to his new suit got "stolen" and I spent an extreme amount of time and energy trying to get them to replace the cost of these pants. After all the haggling back and forth I finally had to settle with them because they refused to pay the whole cost to replace them. I will not be taking my business back to their store and would not recommend their services!!!!!

They will say they throw clothes away in 30 days, but really, they keep it for themselves. I will never use their services anymore. Bad business take Black people money and try to treat them less than. Liars.

Today I went in to pick up an item I dropped off to be dry cleaned. When my item was placed on the rack for my inspection. It was clearly faded. I pointed this out to her and she tried to convince me that the white portion that is now faded with blue was supposed to be that color. I asked why did they wash my item when it clearly stated DRY CLEAN ONLY. Her excuse to me was it didn't matter it would fade either way. ( Really, I don't think so) It has been dry cleaned before at another location and didn't have this problem. She was not interested at all in rectifying the problem, just started reaching for my card making sure she received payment. After she scanned my card I asked if there was a way for her to fix it. She started tagging other clothes no longer concerned about my item she ruined. I don't plan on ever patronizing this business again.
