Got a call from this business stating my items were ready for pick up. I didn't even know the doctor called them into this store 2 days prior. They were very nice over the phone but couldn't talk over the phone other than shock I was getting something covered by insurance to help me get around after breaking my ankle in several places with a temp cast and told I needed surgery ASAP. The ER (completely different hospital) refused to even give me crutches stating I could get some at a pharmacy. They couldn't tell me how to get into the pharmacy to do so but would wheel me to the vehicle outside. Then someone can drive me there. Yep- 2 other people in the room heard this! When staff heard what happened, the one gal took the time to set me up with a knee scooter and sit in a couple other options that may work as I have to be non- weight bearing for at least 8 weeks. She helped carry stuff to the car and explained one more time what to do if one of the other options were needed.
I told her I only wished a few more accessories were available there so I didn't have to stop/shop elsewhere and wait. She even treated my 14 year old son with respect and allowed him to help me choose as well.

Megan at the Cambridge, MN store answered my call ( A REAL HUMAN BEING, TOO!) was so helpful. I needed replacement gear for my CPAP, as my puppy had chewed it beyond recognition. She researched, arranged pickup and I got to meet her in person when I picked it up. She was smart, friendly and so very helpful. Thank you Megan for making my day!

Other negative reviews must have been from old staff- the staff who helped me today were very competent, efficient and friendly. They do a great job taking care of the needs of the community. Megan was very thorough in explaining my product and even brought it out to my car in -10 degree weather. Thank you so very much!!!

Hats off to Megan and Loren at the Adapt Health Cambridge office for helping us get oxygen for a gentleman that was at a wedding this past weekend. He had been given O2 from his company in Duluth and ventured outside his service area for a family wedding and in doing so, forgot his charging cords for his machine. Megan and Loren at the Cambridge office were quick to help me get him what he needed to enjoy the rest of the wedding and his evening. Your help was great appreciated, by not only myself; (a fellow employee attending the wedding) but the entire family!! You came through with flying colors!! THANK YOU!!

I went there to be fitted for my BiPap machine, Eveyone there was wonderful! They took there time to show me everything. I never felt rushed, they took the time to answer all my questions. Excellent customer service!

Terrible company. Will be filling a complaint with attorney general. Took my prescription refill for compression socks, which i need to function. Found out by calling them 2 months later that they lost the contractfor compression socks. No call no concern and when i rightly called angry they decided to no longer speak to me

Went into buy a bed wedge at cost of $55. Was billed over $91. My debit card was used to pay for another customer's purchase. This left me with not enough in my account to pay for my own purchase. And now will take almost week to receive my money back into my account and they said I would receive an email showing this purchase but here several hours later and no email. The lady who was buying the tub chair I was billed for followed me out the door with the chair. Am I angry..beyond measure.

I have been waiting a month to get an order for CPAP taken care of. My doctor told me he sent the order, staff at Adapt told me the order was there and, when I followed up a week and a half ago, I was told it had been submitted to insurance for preauth.

Now today Tina, who I’m 99% sure is the same person who told me it was submitted to insurance, tells me there’s no order at all. The 3 times I’ve talked to anybody there I’ve been condescendingly reminded that I didn’t meet compliance standards (67/70 so 🙄) as if that’s relevant AT ALL and when I was there in person a month ago I heard a woman in the back say “Whatever, she had 90 days to comply.”

All the snide comments, the conflicting information (how was my order submitted to insurance a couple weeks ago if it NEVER EXISTED?!), and the ridiculous amount of time this has taken is crazy. I’m pretty sure they’re not incompetent because my initial order went totally smoothly so, at this point, it feels punitive, like I’m not worthy of adequate health care because I missed the usage compliance they can’t stop talking about by 3%.

And I haven’t even mentioned that I called several times this morning and nobody answered until I switched to somebody else’s phone and was answered immediately. The fact that they knew who was calling and didn’t answer until I called anonymously seems like a staggering coincidence.

I have an appointment with my sleep doctor today and I’m going to ask him to send a new order literally anywhere else because this is WILDLY unacceptable and I’m done dealing with it.

The first 2 times in this store everything went great. I tried to order c pap equipment from them 2 months ago. I checked the status to find they didnt have the order . Placed the order again , I check every few days on the status . I get a different answer every time I talk to some one . Now today they tell me they dont have my insurance info. Its the same insurance as my order 6 months ago! I have no reason to believe I will ever get my order filled.

Almost 80 days and Adapt Heath has shipped the wrong item twice, and promised 2 other times that the correct medical item will arrive in 2 days. I opened the wrong first hose and Adapt said they would send me packing to return it (approximately 2 months ago). I am being billed for the deductible by insurance to the item report 4+ times to be incorrect. I have not received the return packaging. The item is a hose for my CPAP machine. There is a leak in my hose so getting a new hose is paramount. After the first wrong item I was told 10 days to 2 weeks. I was leaving town on 6/14/21 and asked for expedited delivery; which was promised. Customer service people have been pleasant but inept.

I had a great thing going with Allina and getting my CPAP supplies. They would call and see what I needed - and then I would receive it a few days to a week later. No problems. AdaptHealth Minnesota appears to have no idea what they are doing. They called to see if I needed supplies. I said "Yes, do you know what CPAP I have and what mask I use?" They replied yes. And we went through and identified what items I needed. I received the wrong mask and tried to correct the mess - which took a few phone calls. Then they figured they had it correct - but needed me to pay what they called a deductible - so, I did. When the shipment came I had duplicate items and that was a mess too - but at least I had what I needed - after not being able to use my CPAP for over a month's time.. I received a bill for $125 and when I called to see what it was for I was told I don't owe anything - so disregard it. I just got a bill for $125 again and when I called this time - they said I owe that for my deductible. This is from a shipment I received on January 17th!?! I have been removed from any auto shipments and am looking for other options to get my supplies - so I can get out from under this mess.

Absolutely terrible company. The reps at the store are not knowledgeable. It took over an hour just to get my son's bilirubin blanket after it was called in nearly 5 hours earlier. We were also informed by the rep (Loren or something like that. Older gentlemen) that insurance will cover it. Imagine my surprise when I recieved a letter 3 months later that my account was being sent to collections for nonpayment. I was never sent a bill!!! Also they didn't apply my insurance so the bill i finally recieved was over 600 dollars. After fighting with them to apply my insurance, they sent me another bill 2 months later. By this time, my insurance had taken care of it but they refused to stop billing me claiming that they didn't recieve any money from insurance. (Which I have proof from my EOBs that they were paid in full). Apparently this is a very common issue with this company that my insurance has a list of clients that are being scammed by this company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
