i am in love with the truck f 150 i just bought today. i saw it on the website and fell in love then i went and test drove it and that was a wrap for me. they were super nice and did everything they could to get me into this truck. they have a super sweet dog that i got to pet and give a treat too. if your looking for a used vehicle come to this place. the customer service is top notch!

Great experience! After a long day of 2 bad experiences at 2 other dealerships we drove up on rum river right at closing and he was the best he let us look around and when we were ready he helped with the sale! Definitely a small business we will use in the future and recommend to others.

Nate is a great guy. I worked with him years ago and I bought a vehicle for my daughter and he made it quick and easy. I was finished with the whole process in less than a hour. And he is easy to work with.

Drove from Minneapolis to check out a car we found online. Turned out to not be exactly what we wanted. After browsing around disappointed we were ready to leave and drive home. Nate made sure our drive was well worth it!! He found us an absolute gem they hadn’t even listed yet! My husband and I are so pleased with our purchase and our experience. Nate was so easy to work with and a true family man that understood our situation.

I love this place. I have had issues getting a loan because I have made tons of mistakes in the past, but want to get stuff together, and they really helped me out. I was able to get a loan and get a newer car that is way better than what I had before. Super nice, super helpful, and the puppy in the office was one of the best, chill puppins I’ve ever met. 12/10 would pet again when I do decide to get another vehicle.

I brought my son car shopping over the weekend. We had gone to a few other places ahead of this one and just couldn't find what we were looking for. We happened to stop in and my son's eye went straight to a car, out of his budget of course! Nate swooped in as we were standing at that car and gave us price we couldn't refuse! So while I get stuck with the bill, my son left a very happy young man! He got a car he has talked about for years, thanks to Nate and the fair pricing at Rum River.

They are also very dog friendly. I had my Dachshund with and they gave him lots of pets and he even got a couple treats!
