My son and I bought a brand new PS4 game today. Went home to play it and couldn't. We were unaware that it required PlayStation Network. The game wouldn't even start up. We returned to the store about 30 mins later with the receipt and the opened game. Got a full refund, no questions asked. Great business and great service! Thank you!

They staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. They helped me pick out everything I would need to make my son have a great Christmas.

I was at the Cambridge, MN location a few days ago and I am so happy with the service. Elaina was awesome in helping me find games for my 3 grandkids. She was informative and told me about the early black Friday deals and helped me take advantage of the sale. I will definitely be going here for all of my gaming needs!

Elaina greeted me to ask if I would like help finding something. She helped me find the right controller at the right price. Along with a warranty. It was the way she, and Joe did it though. Very friendly!

Lovely little store, really nice ambience and the employees are always polite and helpful
Store selection is pretty diverse (as far as nerdy gaming stuff can be at least) and for the space they have they make the most of it
Prices can go to both extremes, I've gotten triple A games for 2 bucks (used) and loved them
Overall one of my favorite places to go in cambridge

I bought a PS4 from here back in November. It had a lot of problems with the hardware. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to switch it out or not but I called and Jordan helped me the whole time. He was very thorough through this process as it took over a week to be able to order another one because they were out of stock. He kept checking for a new one and called me right away to inform me they have a replacement for me. I am very impressed with the customer service and care from this store. Thank you and shout out to Jordan!

Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with absolutely everything we had questions about- he went above and beyond to help make our visit a positive experience. The store was also very clean and Scott had been sanitizing countertops while we were in. Overall great dude, nice store, good experience.

Cambridge Gamestop is my favorite store! They know me by face, have listened to my likes and let me know about the new products coming in that I may be interested in! Jordan is a phenomenal store manager.

Awesome place awesome people, was a little disappointed went in to sell my Xbox internet said one price and they gave me a completely different price got home and checked the trade in again and it was telling me completely different than what they were offering.That needs to change

Shout out to the gentleman who helped us this evening at gamestop! He was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I have been a loyal gamestop customer for a long time and he is easily the best employee I've encountered! Thank you Scott!

Ok. I don't know the name of the guy who worked tonight (12/3/2020 4:30pm) but he was the best gamestop employee I have ever spoken to. I have ran into him a few times and he has always been amazing.
He showed miraculous honesty and kind heartedness-

I honestly feel he should get a raise. He is the only reason my fiance even agrees to go to gamestop due to him not liking the company.

I'll be sure to get his name next time.

A nice little store tucked away from a lot of the other locations, which means you might find some special gems that are all sold out at other stores, even nearby. The staff are usually quite friendly and helpful.

Our local GameStop is always helpful with very friendly staff.

Great gaming store. They had the consoles for many systems as well as video games and accessories. Choose from new or used as they have both. Gaming toys and gift cards too. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful.

Every one is very helpful, and there all gamers and know what there talking about and love talking about games I have personally had an hour conversation with both people who were working at the time about a game I was interested in

The employees are always helpful and they always Seem to have the answer.
