Ordered on the app, food was ready within 5 minutes. Burritos were well filled and all customizations were done properly.

I found it ironic and comical that, when I met my better half in 2017, I nearly had a six pack of abs. Now, in 2024 I have a six pack of soft tacos that I ate, right before bed, and the promise of any abs have been traded for a belly keg.

Hey, the tacos were better, fresher and tastier than the one's at the taco bell in Pittsburgh.

Consistent as usual. Great food overall. Went through the drive though and it was fast 🎈

This is my go to taco bell. I usually come after working late. Daquan is usually working the window or taking the orders. He is always super friendly, is clear when taking the order and super patient. And this taco bell rarely, if ever, get my order wrong. It's always pleasure when i hear he is working. He's super great as is the crew that works nights on the regular. BIG Thanks!

It is November 14, 2023, just got home from a long day at work and didn’t want to go home to cook dinner. Stopped by TacoBell to get Dinner, whoever was in the kitchen tonight needs a whole raise. The Mexican pizza was so cheese, the chalupa was extra stuffed and over flowing with goodness. It made my day so much I had to come and let you guys know. Like we say at home, “this cook put their foot it!!!!” Thank you for actually feeding me tonight and making my day end on a good note.

Very clean inside & I know they were struggling during a rush, but they worked very efficiently & were working as fast as they could

Great location! Clean, fast, and friendly! Open for breakfast. Ordering online doesn't always work, but the drive through moves quickly. Ordering at kiosk inside feels slow, but you can customize to hearts desire, and they will take your order or help with kiosk if you ask

This is the best taco bell now. I used to go here and it was dirty and my food would take too long and not be hot.
Semi recently things have improved so much. Food is fast - even custom orders - and it is so much cleaner. Even their packaging is better now

Weird to give 5 stars across the board but I was there this weekend and I haven’t had a good experience at Taco Bell in decades. Everything looked like how it should from the pictures and the service was on par. 👌🏽

Arguably one of the nicest fast food staff I have ever experienced (discounting CFA because they whip that into their culture).

Doesn't matter if it's the first thing in the morning or the last thing at night, they're always friendly, patient and helpful. Even if I'm being my usual indecisive self or contemplating my latest existential crisis in the drive thru, they never appear bothered or flustered. Very polite each and every time.

I've also never had an issue with my order. I don't usually ask for any special requests, so maybe that's half of it.

I don't know if this comes down to good management or what, but if every Taco Bell staff was like this location's, they would be awesome, but unfortunately the staff usually makes or breaks the experience - here, they make it.

These are hands down the nicest employees. The restaurant is super clean and always smells good.

No complaints here. A pretty good Taco Bell and unlike others they rarely forget stuff from your orders. Probably one of the cheapest ways to have lunch and I just love that Crunchwrap Supreme.

I mean Taco Bell is great for what it is. The service was good and the food was on point. No compliants here. Also sometimes there's this one awesome person taking the orders who will make you laugh.

So this feels weird to write as it is a Taco Bell. But this place deserves some love. This Taco Bell has yet to let me down. I always arrive home with everything I ordered, everything is properly cooked/pressed (like quesadillas and grilled burritos), they don't skimp on anything, and the service is Chick-fil-A worthy. The people who work drive thru are genuinely nice, double check your order, and make you want to come back again.

The customer service provided by the cashier, young girl, was great. She took the order nicely, greeted well, concluded well after the dinner was done.

Another point: The food quality was great as always and the cleanliness of this place at Germantown MD made my dinner a great one.

Seem to be a very clean and well run restaurant. We came in for lunch or greeted quickly and he order was taken with a minimum of fuss. Food came pretty quickly and it was hot, exactly what we ordered. Pretty much like it should be.

I’ve always had excellent service here. The employees are friendly. It does get busy and backed up at peak times so wait is a bit longer but it is what it is.

The cashier was excellent. And our food was quick and easy and most importantly it was right for the first time I also noticed how clean it was? The five years we've lived in Germantown. I don't know what's changed but this crew was great!!!!!

This was my first Taco Bell drive thru breakfast. I only had a sausage burrito and coffee, but it was tasty and the coffee was hot. Service was quick and the window server was polite and personable.
