Curbside is fast, efficient and easy! Buy online and use curbside! 8/8/22 the side entrance is closed and Sophora is coming to the store. They did a bit of remodeling.

Everyone is always polite and professional during my monthly visit to the store. The Cleanliness, structure, and organization is a plus.

I like to go shop there with coupons. Whenever I have an Amazon return, I go there and they print me out a coupon. Clothes and shoes are good quality, with brands like nine west. They also sell toys, small appliances, vacuum cleaners, etc. There is a Sephora store inside, too.

I haven't been to this store in quite awhile. Completely remodeled. Everything was neatly displayed. I found my size easily. I went in to drop off an Amazon return and only spent $140. Everyone from the stock clerks to the cashier were fantastic. Customer service is back!

It is the best department store for your dollar

I had to return something and had lost the receipt and my kohls cash. I wanted to get a size larger of the sweater as well. The staff were incredibly helpful and clear and helped me. I asked a bunch of questions and they were patient and answered each one patiently.

Nice, clean, airy store with well organized displays not picked over (but I did go early in the day). Great for clothing but limited housewares. Will accept Amazon returns for free and give reward coupon to encourage you to browse and spend more in-store.

Terrific. Went to pick up an online order. Customer Service took care of that toot sweet. Picked up some other items while there. Check out was a little slow, but for good reason. The cashiers cleaned the counter and credit card reader after every customer to keep us safe. Cashier was nice and helpful. I earned some Kohl's cash for next week. A little patience is needed, for good reason, to keep everyone safe.

I went to return some Amazon stuff. They keep changing the location but it’s fairly simple to follow the arrows. Got a coupon for doing the return there. Store is clean and organized. Workers are helpful and nice. You can definitely find some decent clothes for decent prices here. I usually get kids clothes from here, large selection!

I love shopping at Kohl's. They have good sales and if you sign up with your email you'll get a bunch of coupons emailed to you. And whenever you buy things you get Kohl's cash that you can also use with the coupons. You can get really good deals on items. The best part of it all is that you can keep track of your offers and Kohl's cash in your "wallet" on the website or app but if you just give your info (phone # or email) at the register the cashier can see what you have in your wallet, it's so convenient.

They always have some type of sale going and the prices are usually reasonable. The line to check out is usually short but you'll have to wait a while. They are the only store that I see lately that actually cleans the counters and surfaces between customers checking out. I love it here!
