They have so much produce, I have no idea what some of it is but I love trying it all. Go to for spices, meats, and seafood also. Especially specialty items. Everything is always fresh and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Great Wall is my favorite Asian store. It is huge, has a wide variety of choices, cleaner, and fewer people. The vegetables are organized. Recommended Asian store! And oh by the way, they have more Pinoy snacks in there.

This review is for the steam table eatery located behind the produce. The staff are extremely friendly and the food (for steam table eats) is absolutely delish, but be warned: it is very "homestyle" cooking and not the standard chinese restaurant fare. The Missus (bless 'er) and I have enjoyed a wide variety of items. The Kid adores the way that they prepare pork hock, so that should tell you something.
Go for the shopping, stay for the food...

I'm so happy I found this asian market, as asian like me I will always look for my native food that I had used to ate in my country..even they also have nice food here. It's still different, we will missed our own. The store is well manage and clean. Plenty of asian food and ingredients, you will find here!

GW is a very good produce market where you are certain to find a wide variety of ground provisions and fresh fruits and vegetables, among other important food items you will definitely not find elsewhere.

I used to like the Rockville store better, but nowadays the Germantown store is my favorite! What sets them apart is the cooked meals deli section in the back of the store. It's authentic Chinese, and I personally recommend braised pork and eggplants.

The produce section is huge! Nice layout. It was a little confusing to locate a few common items like rice and black pepper. I guess I have to get use to the signage. The store did not smell like so many of the Asian markets.

This place ALWAYS has good deals! The produce is very fresh. You can find that rare vegetable in that recipe you've always been wanting to cook. Very nice staff. This is another place that deserves more than 5 stars!

Best Asian supermarket in the region. Fantastic live fish and shellfish, but be prepared to wait 30 minutes if you go when it's busy. Vegetables generally very fresh but they do better on Asian vegetables than American. Much better prices than American supermarkets. But kinda hard to find stuff if you don't know your way around, not really anyone you can ask except the cashiers. I think the only place you may find a better Asian market is in Virginia.

I love this place. Spacious in convenient location for Rockville area. Very good variability of fruits and veggies.

Must be one the biggest and best Oriental supermarkets in the USA. Emphasis is on SUPER too! Just great fresh, frozen, exotic, packaged or just hard to find food items. Amazing

Great collection of noodles and fresh vegetables

My go to for Chinese Veggie and fresh fish and seafood. Very reasonably prices. And Rice. They also have a hot food bar that serves the most amazing noodles in a north for pike $7 to $11? I think. Very delicious and the serving is a huge bowel, I believe the noodles are freshly made?

I think the vegetables here are fresher than other China Market around this area; and the price is a little bit cheaper than Rockville's Greatwall Supermarket, I guess because of lower rent cost. It opens 24/7/365, nothing complained

Impressive selection of fresh produce. Loads of leafy greens, including my favorite -- Chinese broccoli.
