Stopped by today to return an item I had purchased. Quick and easy and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Cashier very friendly and quick to help me.

If you need home repair, home improvement and seasonal items this probably has what you need.

Pretty well stocked with good prices. Plenty of parking.

In the past have worked with the paint department and they know their stuff. Great experience.

Stopped for some help with some blinds and Tae helped me. She was awesome and very helpful. Wouldn't leave reviews here normally but she went out of her way to help. HD needs more like this young lady.

This place is horrible. They have everything that you need and it’s like a candy store for grown ups. I can spend hours in this well organized, full of helpful individuals with awesome price.

Needed some bathroom piping and advice, and am extremely pleased with the two men who helped me , Bruce and JAJA from the plumbing department. Not only did they help me find what I thought I needed they also recommended things I wasn’t considering, and because of their genuine thoughtfulness to help me think everything through, I was able to fix what I had messed up with out having to go back several times for other things I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. So I have to give thanks to those two guys for helping me the way they did.

Germantown is one of the cleanest Home Depots that I’ve regularly shopped in. If you have indoor allergies like I do (dust mites, mold, etc.), then consider shopping here.

Also, my general experience receiving customer service at this location is excellent. I especially want to point out Mr. Carlo F. P. - his patience, helpfulness, and knowledge truly aided my pursuit of obscure parts for my DIY vanity & sink project @ home. It was a Sunday in Sept 2023, very close to store closing, and he was in a rush walking elsewhere. Me being desperate, I stopped him to ask for help. Not only did he help me find plumbing parts, he also walked around other parts of the store to find a few other things for me. He did not leave me until we found everything I had asked for, which I really appreciated.

I came in here to buy stainless steel carriage bolts, washers and nuts to install a Master Lock and Hasp on my Work Truck. And as always they have very helpful associates that always do their best in helping you find what you are looking for!

The 5 stars are for the super kind staff Clarence I encountered at this Germantown Home Depot location today. I am a scientist encountering some problem in the lab. The lid for one of our ultracentrifuge's spinning capsules was screwed on crooked. It was a pretty big heavy metal capsule and we tried a lot of ways but still could not get it opened in the lab. I came to Home Depot with the hope that I could find some heavy machinery to open the lid. Clarence kindly showed me tools that might be useful for the job and later on with his help I was able to get the lid opened with a giant pipe wrench and saved the capsule and the sample inside! Really appreciate that he took the time to listen to my needs and helped me out. Thank you Clarence and Thank you Home Depot!

went for a quick purchase , the associate named Nason who is working in Lumber, was amazing ! helped me with everything i needed to purchase and gave me advice on a home project im doing ! great customer service ! give this man a raise !

Kinda busy, but was able to get what I needed, and check out right away! Which is always good!

Can be hard to find little things if you don't go here too often. I've updated my rating as I had made 3 separate trips here in a short amount of time. I ask someone in an orange vest for assistance, and it seems they were a manager. They helped me find the right item I needed and were happy to help out. It was a pleasant experience.
