Damien responded to a request to check on a problem with my elderly mother's Barton chair (she receives 24/7 care out of her home). He communicated well with me (the daughter) when he was on his way for the appointment and followed up with a second visit, which was needed after he determined that would be needed. Damien was an extremly pleasant and efficient man. He delivered our hospital bed at the predicted time, moved it in and assembled it rapidly and answered all our questions. He explained everything about the bed, gave us contact info in case we needed anything. Damien is very friendly and outgoing and it was a real pleasure to meet him and converse with him. Great services from Adapt Health.. step by step instructions on how to use the 02 equipment- contact numbers to call if any issues ( which there were none).. and very prompt pickup of equipment when orders were discontinued. Team members both in person and on the phone very, very nice!

Initially, I was to receive my back cushion with my wheelchair. However, it was part of that delivery. If I had not called to ask about what type of seat cushion I had (the rep was very pleasant and took the time to address my concerns) in our conversation she went through the delivery and mentioned about the back cushion. I stated I didn’t get it. So it was re-ordered. Now the initial tech called to let me know the status of delay off delivery (He was awesome, he even came to the facility to personally tell what’s going on) the tech that delivered it was also awesome. He set up the back cushion for me, totally professional with great customer service. Thank you for professional support.

Theodore was very professional and friendly. He covered topics which my prior CPAP provider did not. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and friendly manner! He represents your company in an excellent fashion, well done!

Dealing with AdaptHealth has been great. Arrangements and explanations were clear and helpful. Greg alerted us to delivery of the transport chair, estimated time was within 5 minutes of projected time and Greg was very helpful with demonstrating chair features

Dave delivered the bed, explained and demonstrated the controls, pointed out the various features and made sure I understood and had no questions. He did all of those things with extreme professionalism, courtesy and patience. Suffice it to say Dave is one awesome representative of your company.

Theodore was wonderful to work with. He was certainly very knowledgeable, but even more important to me, he was patient and kind. He showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions. He also went through the replacement schedule.
Theodore had me try on different sized headgear and nasal parts. I discovered I’d been using the wrong size! The new equipment fits great and is very comfortable.

My brother was initially was supposed of been delivered at home but unfortunately he went to the hospital and they delivered his portable oxygen today before it was supposed to been delivered. Shayna did a wonderful job. Even though I have used a CPAP machine for 15 years she went over the new amenities to the product. She made sure that my questions were answered and that I received all of the supplies I requested.

On the day that I went there, I got great service from a young lady, but there was a mixup she thought my name was ogla and I was gonna receive the equipment that that person was going to get but my equipment was so much cuter and I’ve been using it for the last 14 days. I loved the service and I just applied for a position and hopefully the last person that walked off the job walks off for good because I really would love to work there get trained and be a supportive customer service rep applied on the website the same day of my appointment which was January 8, 2024. Just because of the service of the one representative of the company I have experience with the bill of medical assistance, medical billing, and coding customer service and on top of that I’m hard-working happy Enjoy the hours plus I’m a great person to work with. Add that to what this company does I know I’ll be a great fit.

the other night my home oxygen machine started beeping and the yellow light kept coming on. i checked the filter which was clean and the problem continued intermittently. i called first thing in the morning and within a couple hours a tech with a replacement unit arrived at my house. the person who brought it was very helpful and knowledgable. it was a great comfort to get such good and efficient service, especially if you want to breathe.

I picked up a new BiPAP machine from Roberts Home Medical, an Adapt Health subsidiary. The experience was entirely excellent. The technician, Theodore, was the essence of courtesy, and totally expert in all aspects of the device. He explained everything in as much detail as I asked for. He answered every question with no hedging. For anyone who may need a cpap/bipap machine, you won't be disappointed with this company and its personnel.

We were pleased with the service from Adapt/Robert's Home Medical. We were so pleased when Greg first brought the oxygen at 7 p.m. on 1/11, because my Mom really needed it. And then Carlos was professional when he picked up the .medical equipment on 1/23. Thank you for providing an essential service.
