Panera Bread

A very good bakery and coffee store with wi-fi that works well and good coffee and food. Located by the Germantown transit center and near a freeway exit. If you go out for coffee/soda often then join the Sip Club where you can get unlimited coffee/soda/tea for about 11-12 dollars a month (lot cheaper than Starbucks). Germantown does not have a whole lot of places to go so this place can be quite busy at times.

I went into Panera today to order a drink on a hot day like normal but today was different ! Today I was greeted and treated with the best customer service by this woman named NeNe (I hope I’m spelling it correct) she had amazing customer service helped me make a choice on my drink in a timely manner and she was very polite and patient with me ! Turns out it was the manager who was servicing me and she was just delightful ! Thanks nene !! I will be visiting the store more often :)

My first time trying panera ever and I wasn't disappointed. The brocolli cheddar cheese soup and chipotle with bacon flat bread were both good!!!!

Annie, the new assistant manager, helped me with a large last minute order of box lunches today. She was kind, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed. I think Panera made a great choice promoting her! Thanks so much, Annie! We will see you again!

We have been here several times and the food is always really good. We decided to get lunch here again and it was really good! Their grilled cheese sandwich, mac and cheese and bread bowl are amazing. We have also ordered delivery from Panera Bread (using Uber Eats) and all of the food was still fresh and sealed well. I always enjoy getting food from here whether it’s a quick bite or a whole meal.

Fave place for me to grab a bite to eat and a coffee when I want to get out of my house to do HW. Very chill and the food is affordable and yummy

It's a good place to grab breakfast or brunch. I enjoy their soups and drinks. Friendly staff, but sometimes the order takes longer than expected.

This Panera has always got my orders correct and out in a decent amount of time, which is the reason I come back so frequently. There's usually 2-3 people working at the registers so the wait is not long at all. Their bakery is always fully stocked and food is always fresh and put together well.

Place gets busy in the morning, sometimes they get ur order wrong but if you complain the Manager is so lovely gosh I gave her a hard time to see the outcome and she’s a professional love their service amazing. pink girl manager ur amazing thank you so much.

I went to this Panera one day on my way home and I was treated very nicely and to top it off, I had the best tasting sandwich there , it’s better than in any other Panera’s I’ve went to. I went over to ask who made it and Vilma Flores introduced herself and was just the sweetest most polite person there. I will definitely come back if she keeps making my sandwiches! :)

I worked at Panera in 2011 and very much enjoyed their holistic approach to good healthy and quality food. I think the menu got stale on me for a few years. I was very please try suprised that they improved the breakfast menu!

I had a yogurt parfait which is now Greek yogurt instead of the sugar infused vanilla flavor the supermarkets pander. The portion was also cut down to about half which is great for me as I like to nibble on a few things for breakfast instead of one sandwich with egg.

I opted for a health sandwich of egg white, spinach, tomato and cheese. It was good and a good portion. I didn't feel like I was only eating spinach which can be spinach's downfall when utilized in a large bunch.

All in all I was very please and will be coming back. Way to freshen things up Panera!

Good, fast, tasty. My favorite is the steak and arugula sandwich. It's got roasted beef, arugula, pickle onions, and a sauce.... Just the perfect combo of ingredients. The flavors all balance each other and explode in your mouth. It's great. The Mac n cheese is always bomb. Broccoli and cheddar soup is delicious, especially with a fresh baguette. I could go on and on. I really enjoy the food here.

Food was amazing and the service was fast and friendly.

I left my purse in this Panera while traveling, and the management was really great about helping me get it back. They offerred to ship via UPS but I ended up biting the bullet and driving the few hours back to pick it up, and they gave me a free meal when I arrived (even though it was my own fault that I left the purse!). Food service-wise it was definitely one of the faster Paneras I've been to as well!

I love Panera. Especially this Panera. It is close to home and the lines never get too long. They work very fast, by the time I reach the food counter my food is done within the minute. And when they say "Rapid Pick-Up" they mean it. Whenever I order my meal to be ready by a specified time, they are always on time. Not too late and not too early.

I ordered online and was met with a slight inconvenience in the order. I called after realizing the inconsistency and the manager immediately corrected it and gave me a free meal, plus more. The food was great and they service was stellar. 10/10 recommend.

Panera bread is great place for my family to get real food for lunchtime always good for coffee I enjoy visited Panera bread restaurant always.

I placed the order using my app.. not knowing clicked the wrong salad.. wanted Greek Salad and they kindly remade my order correctly. Greek salad with chicken is my go to! Gets busy I recommend ordering from the app
