The check in experience was wonderful! Sean and Melissa were fast and friendly. A warning: the QR code they provide for reviews leads to a suspicious movie sharing service overlaying the Google review that assumed I was not already signed in on my phone and tried to ask for my Google credentials. Cancelling out of that brought me to the google review with me already signed in.

So far I am very happy with our unit and the cost of storage. We are in a 5x10 unit and it is perfect for our needs. The property is clean and well kept and the staff is amazing. The young man that checked us in the first day was patient with me and all of my questions.

We had some issues on our first day because we pulled in with a Chevy Colorado pick up truck with a pull behind U-Haul trailer and the clearance between rows is narrow (and we were exhausted after an 8 hour drive). The property manager and a kind fellow renter helped us get straightened out. This was no small thing for me since I was very anxious and their help allowed me to focus on the rest of my move.

We entered on an anniversary special rate and ao long as our rates stay reasonable at the end of that promotional period, I anticipate a long relationship with StorageMart!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Arranged to let me park boat in storage lot a day early so I didn’t have to mess with towing it around Key West. Check in process simple and straightforward.

Our local storage mart was closed today but Autumn, at the main number, was able to help me reserve the unit at the location I needed. She was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

My storage rental was very easy to set up.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have not used a storage facility before and if needed again i would definitively use Storage Mart again.

I could be wrong but I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Mike. He made the entire rental process amazing. He gave me true and real advice after hearing my needs. Rent this one not that one. He was kind, professional, expedient , and well spoken.

Michael and Barbara are very professional and amiable managers. I've rented at this facility for several months and I'm extremely satisfied with this facility, overall. Prices are reasonable and this facility is as good as any other storage company I've rented from. I've been utilizing storage facilities for over 35 years and this facility is as good and even better than other companies I've experienced.

Although I went a different route for my storage needs, incredible customer service especially from Michael. He helped me, was very nice and knowledgeable. I would be a customer if my cousin didn’t get back to me saying he had some space for my things in his attic. Thanks again Michael!
